I liked how easy it was to schedule yourself and to see other peoples schedules. I also liked the colors and how easy it was to move blocks around.
My biggest issue was the app and website not working well together. I'd change something on the website and it wouldn't show up on the app.
I'd recommend this- I like it better than other websites. They just have a little bit to work on

It is grate for keeping track of schedules within your organization and maintaining hours.
Pricing was simple. It was based on locations and not based on users (which can quickly drive costs up for a small company).
The mobile app was broken and wouldn't work properly. We had to instruct our team to only use the web version. Reporting was non-existent. No direct integration with Gusto for easy payroll. UI of the responsive website was very clunky on any small form screen and un-usable. Again, the desktop worked fine and also this was their legacy version. However, since these things were never fixed over several years we decided not to upgrade and instead switched to when I work.
Easy scheduling that is cost-effective for a small team. When we originally signed up with Shedwool it was largely based around the price and the fact we really just needed a place to keep people's schedules as we don't have our team clock in or create timesheets.
The ease of letting everyone that is a part of the team to be managers and select their own scheduled times. Also allowing for things to be changed on the fly from the website.
The app was great until they started the new version update. Even with us being still on the older version the app just stopped working one day and we were no longer able to use it.
Allow for old versions to be used and not ruin functionality forcing people to pay more for your product that has been long-time users.
The ease to have a self-scheduled team and have a way for everyone to be able to set their own hours and update them throughout the week if they are to change without having to go through multiple people.
The best parts about it are that it makes it easy to manage schedule changes and allow for employees to be able to switch their schedules on the fly and give a total of how many hours are being worked that day. Also giving a easy list for everyone to see to who will be where each day.
Lack of a mobile app that works. It use to work and then one day it just stopped working. Making schedule changes on mobile devices is harder since the mobile website doesn't work well at all. Along with there being no way to put in time off requests through the service.
It solved a issue of people having to give all their time for the week to one person and they have to make the changes. It allows for employees to change their time if they came in later or worked later than they orignally said.
I really enjoyed the ease of use of the app. I could have the app on iOS or Android and get basically the same experience. Initially, the copy week feature was fantastic as our schedule was roughly the same. SOon though, this became a subscription option.
I dislike and stopped using the app because it moved to a subscription based model. For a small business, like us, this simply was not a fit anymore. So, we moved to another model. I was very disheartened, but was offered discounts to stay. I chose not to. It simply didn't fit our needs because ours were much smaller than the target.
If your business is large and warrants such a service, use it. It works great. It has many nice features. The team is a great team. Everyone was polite and tried to help/keep us. This app will make your life and job easier to schedule.
We needed a schedule that all our employees could see at once. This opened our lines of communication up. This allowed each individual to swap days more easily.

I love how easy it is to use and that employees can access their schedule through their phones.
Not having one place to view shift being shed. However, like I said above customer service has been amazing and am working with the ShedWool staff to solve the problem and make it easier to see shifts that need to be picked up.
Having everyone on the same page and being able to access everyones schedule though out all departments.
