User interface is familiar and navigable.

ShareVault's easy user interface makes setting up VDRs swift and pain-free. The reporting is best in class, and we have never experienced any accessibility issues, which is critical when relying on VDRs for rapid yet traceable information dissemination.

More customizations for permissions would be significant, and perhaps a simple request, but a more modern gui would be neat. No other notable concerns.

Data organization features are excellent. Security features include no-copy, no save, no print. Access logs and granular alerting controls allow us to monitor business partner access.

The overall product is a great solution for our data room during diligence and I found the upload and viewing of our Investigational New Drug to be top-notch.

Their product is excellent, and very professional. I use them for data rooms to face potential investors. They find the process seemless, without major information requests for data grabs like some other groups.

Excellent source to share data files in the investment sector between managers, advisors and investors.

The software itself is very easy to use and is very secure with capabilities to track user activity. Also, the Support team at ShareVault always makes an effort to accommodate customer requests and implement new features, making the platform as user-friendly as possible. This solution has been very effective for the past two years, especially with the security of sharing confidential files with investors/executives! The platform is cost-friendly as well, which makes the subscription very affordable for startup needs.

The layout for the excel files uploaded into ShareVault could be better if it looked more refined/modern. Also, I have experienced issues with zooming in via excel as it takes some time for the text/numbers to be displayed clearly. Other than that, the software is great as we have not encountered any major issues!

Currently, there aren't many issues with the platform itself but I have noticed the email invitation to collaborate shows up in the spam folder, which could be frustrating if one is not aware. I could see this issue caused by Google as they automatically filter emails to spam based on specific email characteristics.

The program is easy to use and you can adjust levels of security according to your business needs.

Sometimes it is not intuitive and you have to look for what you want to do.
