I've used everything from enhanced banners to native to video supply and performance is always top-notch. The people at ShareThrough want to help you succeed, and they succeed in doing that.
one of the downsides is that their enhanced banners are not available in all standard sizes, just the 300x250. But since that is the most common size, it ends up being fine.
