The admin console is very clean and simple it make it easy for the customer to understand.

we cannot limit customers on the User/storage utilisation.this becomes challenge in Billing part

simple and easy use of the admin console ..it works the same as your local file share server where you can have teams /departments and have granular control on each level of the folder....

It's privacy and logging in Access is what I like the most having the credentials to be able to get in your own credentials making it your own personal website basically

The process of how long it takes to get verified for your credentials through the it through Citrix it's kind of hard it takes a while to get your verifications through

How they keep my information safe by using octave verify through Citrix it's amazing so far I haven't got my own credentials yet but using other credentials and experiencing it is a very nice experience once I get my own I think will be better

I started a new job that uses sharefile and it has been a great tool to get any info i needed quickly. Working for a big cororation it has made it possible that i get any tools i need to train!

I have not found anything that i did not like

Traing at new job. Quickly find files by format.

The ease of use to securely share client documentation. The desktop app and that it can be integrated with Outlook.

The lack of an alphabet key in the "Shared Folders" interface.

I definitely recommend downloading the desktop app as it's so much easier to navigate to client files without having to, frustratingly, "Load More" to access client files.

When a client uploads a document in pdf. format, I can directly download it and drag it into their perspective digital folders on our server. Saves a lot of scanning time.

You can share big files across system around the world and still no hang. It's totally secure and easy to use across all platform. The speed with which file share and accessible is commendable and I not seen any other software that save cost and time of its user across platform. It is lifeline for data sharing and storing.

Why do we have to mapp the path every time reboot system ? To access Citrix in New system and can we new access code in 2020? why don't citrix coin code to mapp drive in single sign on and that would be far better user friendly and consume time of its consumer.

Citrix is powerhouse of file sharing management tool with full security and optimum response with out any glitch.

Big files on s drive r drive help me access data and consume far lesser time to open up and can save there.i feel secure while files sharing.

No matter where I am I can share files. It is very easy to connect with others and share them and the most important no more heavy emails!

Prices seems to me a little bit high. They could be improved

I send mails with no files attached. I share files through ShareFile.

ShareFile is web tool where we can upload files and share it securely with others inside or outside the organization. We can limit the permissions to the users while sharing the files with them. This is a easy to use tool.

The only thing I dislike about this tool is that the recipient of the file must have a ShareFile account otherwise he will not be able to access the files shared with him.

How easy it is to use, ever since I started using RightSignature it has been so easy to get access to all the documents and get them to get signed. Totally reccomend

There is nothing that I dislike about RightSignature, however, I believe that it should be easier to access some of its tools especially the location of the signature

Nowadays we work with lot of people who are also on WFH model, so when we need to get contracts signed that causes a bit of a worry but with tools such as this one that problem is always solved

Sharefile is a great tool for sharing files securely. The file system is easy to grasp. Adding or deleting files is a breeze. Definitely, the easiest file-sharing software I have used.

No downsides really. The software does what it is supposed to do. The only thing that's slightly annoying is logging into the system again after a period of inactivity.

Sharefile allows the user to share items securely through their cloud-based software system. I am able to share documents, request signatures, and upload files for vendors and employees to use.
