Simplified process to create automated demos. The tool is so simple to use that our sales teams create their own version of interactive demos and send it out to their prospect.

It would be great if we could create our own templates with some preset settings.

Fable’s extension works like a charm. Creating a product tour with it is very simple and hardly takes a few minutes. Fable has a lot of customizations available which helped us in getting the product tour to look exactly how we wanted.

Will have to nitpick to find things that need improvement - it would be great if the individual screens could be named so that they are easier to find across different product tours.

Nothing at all. There were initial teething issues but the team really pulled up their socks and delivered an awesome customer experience. They took over and created the first few demos alongwith our team with a ton of handholding. Kudos!

Fable is solving for product demos which are easy to set up and easy to go through. There's also a fun element as you can insert GIFs and media in the tour to make the tour less monotonous. The tours are also available as a stand alone link which allow for the users to explore the product without having to go through the complete signup as well. Fable's standout feature is its ability to personalize demos for every single user.

Nothing to dislike. I would love more support for embeds like youtube and other media types.

Can’t think of anything that I don’t like about Fable!
