Shape's UI is intuitive, and the setup process was pretty easy. We love how you can create and manage email and text campaigns and track everything. Some other CRMs we tested had all the same features, but getting them set up seemed much more time-consuming. Shape ties them all together nicely.
Shape doesn't seem to offer over-the-phone chat support, which we find very helpful, but they provide extensive support articles for common issues and email support. We would like to have the option of over-the-phone support, but we also realize this is not always possible under financial constraints.
Shape has helped us stay in constant contact with all of our leads as well as automate a good portion of our marketing. As a result, we've seen sales increase steadily in addition to keeping our clients happy because we can respond quickly and stay in constant contact.
