What do you like best about SevenRooms?

I like that it is easy to navigate and self-explanatory for the most part.

What do you dislike about SevenRooms?

As of now, I don't dislike anything about the app.

What problems is SevenRooms solving and how is that benefiting you?

It informs me of how many guests to expect at my job. Which helps me decide on how much product to buy.

It is very easy to uss and has lots of helpful functions that you can benefit from on day to day basis.

The wait list times aren't always accurate and needs to be manually manged

"I check SevenRooms regularly throughout the day."
What do you like best about SevenRooms?

I get instant updates on how the covers are coming in, what tables are getting sat. Any information about the customers preferences are readily available.

SevenRooms is far more detailed.

What do you dislike about SevenRooms?

I have not experienced any down sides to using SevenRooms. The app works great. I feel that it exceeds my expectations.

I wouldn't know how to improve the app.

What problems is SevenRooms solving and how is that benefiting you?

Managing the flow of the kitchen based on the number of reservations and how they are coming in, as well as how long they occupy the tables.

Once I became familiar with SevenRooms, my level of productivity rose.

What do you like best about SevenRooms?

The way the system works makes it easy for both customers and owners to keep track and keep up to date.

What do you dislike about SevenRooms?

Due to using being based in the UK, the time difference does get in the way of things especially if you need to get in contact with someone over the phone. I do also feel like they should have more videos of how a business definitely

Taking reservations, getting feedback from our clients, and keeping them updated. Allowing us to connect with customers and allowing them to give us feedback on there experiences with us good and bad.

What do you like best about SevenRooms?

It is one of the best reservation systems I have used: previously used opentable and resdiary. The ability to customise your system to your needs is brilliant. There are also a lot of processes you can automate such as upgrades etc, which leaves more time for you to personally deal with guests.

What do you dislike about SevenRooms?

There is very little I do not like about SevenRooms, if I were to Nitpick I would say the ability to be able to book packages that use multiple venues automatically from one booking widget.

What problems is SevenRooms solving and how is that benefiting you?

We get a high volume of enquiries and bookings and Seven rooms takes a lot of that burden on, through automated processes. It has also dramatically affected our prereservation sales through upgrades and packages.

Pretty efficent - straight forward booking system which enables to find database of customers and their preferance

It is not transparent availability that reservation team puts and what concierge wants to book

What do you like best about SevenRooms?

I love how helpful SevenRooms is in the division of my different email accounts and how wonderfully I can assign various inquiries to my peers. It is the best that I found after trying several platforms.

What do you dislike about SevenRooms?

I wouldn't say I like that; sometimes, I get confused with the "Closed" option. I would recommend changing how 'Closed' inquiries work and making it more user-friendly.

What problems is SevenRooms solving and how is that benefiting you?

SevenRooms is solving our problem with the division of reservations for each restaurant. I am much more productive, and I can differentiate between time-sensitive inquiries and those that can wait a minute or two.

What do you like best about SevenRooms?

The overall ease of use - it's easy to navigate around and the functionality is great

What do you dislike about SevenRooms?

The event tickets don't have a spot to fill in allergies or any notes on the client's side when booking.

What problems is SevenRooms solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keeping track of reservations and dietary restrictions; the automated reminders to clients is wonderful to keep the restaurant from any no-shows.

What do you like best about SevenRooms?

What I like the best about SevenRooms is that I can easily make reservations for my executives and add any specific notes that I need to let the restaurant staff know.

What do you dislike about SevenRooms?

What I dislike about SevenRooms is that I do not have the availability to override making reservations for certain dates/times when the restaurant is booked. I end up emailing the Executive Assistant to our VP of F&B to input the reservation for me which is an additional step.

What problems is SevenRooms solving and how is that benefiting you?

SevenRooms is allowing me to easily make restaurant reservations for my executive without having to reach out to the restaurant staff directly to book and notify them of who will be joining him for the reservation.
