It is very easy to uss and has lots of helpful functions that you can benefit from on day to day basis.
The wait list times aren't always accurate and needs to be manually manged

Taking reservations, getting feedback from our clients, and keeping them updated. Allowing us to connect with customers and allowing them to give us feedback on there experiences with us good and bad.
It is one of the best reservation systems I have used: previously used opentable and resdiary. The ability to customise your system to your needs is brilliant. There are also a lot of processes you can automate such as upgrades etc, which leaves more time for you to personally deal with guests.
There is very little I do not like about SevenRooms, if I were to Nitpick I would say the ability to be able to book packages that use multiple venues automatically from one booking widget.
We get a high volume of enquiries and bookings and Seven rooms takes a lot of that burden on, through automated processes. It has also dramatically affected our prereservation sales through upgrades and packages.

I love how helpful SevenRooms is in the division of my different email accounts and how wonderfully I can assign various inquiries to my peers. It is the best that I found after trying several platforms.
I wouldn't say I like that; sometimes, I get confused with the "Closed" option. I would recommend changing how 'Closed' inquiries work and making it more user-friendly.
SevenRooms is solving our problem with the division of reservations for each restaurant. I am much more productive, and I can differentiate between time-sensitive inquiries and those that can wait a minute or two.

The event tickets don't have a spot to fill in allergies or any notes on the client's side when booking.
Keeping track of reservations and dietary restrictions; the automated reminders to clients is wonderful to keep the restaurant from any no-shows.
What I like the best about SevenRooms is that I can easily make reservations for my executives and add any specific notes that I need to let the restaurant staff know.
What I dislike about SevenRooms is that I do not have the availability to override making reservations for certain dates/times when the restaurant is booked. I end up emailing the Executive Assistant to our VP of F&B to input the reservation for me which is an additional step.
SevenRooms is allowing me to easily make restaurant reservations for my executive without having to reach out to the restaurant staff directly to book and notify them of who will be joining him for the reservation.
