Bring your pest control business into the future
Servsuite has helped us cut processing time for Admins in half of not more. We have real time access and a lot less paperwork to sort through
We have a few glitches with the guys in the field and their iPads but the program is great
Less things for techs to keep up with, reduced paper use and more time for other projects.
How quick it posts our work orders and how detailed everything is
There is some lagging when posting work orders but that’s about it
When managing “labor” on a work order, I am unable to find the person I am looking for. I usually have to call an admin trainer to adjust the work order for me to post.
ServSuite is very user-friendly and offers a ton of options within the software itself. For example, we use an independent mapping software, but ServSuite offers a mapping software within as well which we will be switching to in the future.
There's really nothing bad to say about the program.
ServSuite makes it extremely easy to manage all aspects of customer accounts within one place. Our management team goes to ServSuite University each year, and always comes back telling the rest of us how we use such a small portion of what ServSuite is actually capable of, which is interesting, because I feel like we use it for so much of our work already. It's a great program to consider if you are wanting a one-stop shop software option.
ServSuite makes scheduling, routing, billing, and managing accounts easier. It's nice having all of the needs met within one place.

The work orders being printed/not printing where clients do not get serviced on regularly basis
The scheduling aspect of ServSuite helps make our technicians day to day workflow working more efficient
I liked that it was able to transmit information easily from the salesman to the technicians. We were able to communicate smoothly using ServSuite and it made the day go very well.
Every now and then it would take a very long time to load the necessary information.

Every now and then ServSuite would need to be rebooted to refresh the app, but had the benefit of passing on information without calling the salesman every time they had a sale.
It's pretty easy to learn and navigate, generally very user-friendly. You can pick it up quickly and everything is labeled clearly. The customer service was also very prompt in helping me with a question. I prefer the old search to the new search though.
The bugs. There are ghost appointments that show up, the scheduler freezes and has to be reloaded at least twice a day (usually more), and the server often gets bogged down and slows to excruciating slowness.
We generally use it to make appointments and keep service records. I haven't been here long enough to have used the old software as the main system, but I know there are definite improvements over the old system with ServSuite
i like that it’s mostly easy to navigate, having buttons that are easy to click
i dislike its “hiding” of certain features: like trying to find different sections of settings. i greatly dislike its severe battery use.
we use this app in pest control to scan barcodes related to certain equipment we use to verify that we’ve “checked” it.
You can essentially customize it to fit your needs. We have scaled it considerably with different locations, different service plans and thousands of customers.
The mobile app has never operated properly and often fails altogether. The online software generally works but there are quirks and bugs that pop up consistently.
It's great for online use but needs a lot of work for mobile use in the field.
We use ServSuite as the general hub for our entire business that serves literally thousands of customers . There are dozens of helpful reports you can run. We can access customer information very quickly which is useful when people call in with questions about billing and scheduling.
Overall, we are most satisfied with ServSuite's flexibility and capacity to scale as we grow.

They have a huge array of options to choose from for each company's needs. For the most part, the support they offer is pretty good.
I do wish they had more on-site training availability for when tweaks or programing changes are made to their basic screens, but for the most part there are are a lot of tutorials available as well as telephone support
I am seeing that many new options are becoming available that we may find beneficial to tap into for our sales area. Their hours of available support are awesome!
