PROS: Its a comprehensive tool and helped me track my team members efficiently. I could add custom form checklist to supervise the quality of my team members work. It easily syncs with Quickbook desktop which I couldn't find any many other software. And the best part is that the Mobile App works even when there is no internet connectivity. It can sync my team's work as soon as there are signal.
CONS: Nothing was a problem. Plus the ServiceWorks team delivers what I ask for. They even created many customized reports just for me.
This is the first software I've reviewed, and I have tried about 20 out over the past year as I've searched for a more affordable and more powerful option.
The customer service you'll receive with service works is unbelievable (shout out to Pooja!). It is a MASSIVE pain to transfer your company's ENTIRE operation over to new software and they held my hand throughout it all. I felt very uneasy about moving everything, the schedule, client info and all their custom notes, and the payment system plus more. They made it happen and were so very approachable, always available, and extremely understanding. I used House Call Pro for a year and enjoyed it but our company outgrew it - I needed more, such as tracking km's, the ability to have staff use the app on their computer, chat services from your desktop, customizable new client forms, and the ability to use it on and offline and later sync was a MUST HAVE. I also wanted to be able to customize what the email and text reminders said, and service works is such a powerful software you can do this in one million ways. Service works made sure they understood everything I wanted their software to do and would make it happen. Also, service works cost less than anything else we found such as Zenmaids, HouseCall Pro, Jobber, or anything else that we tried (about 20 different software trials over one year).

Switching to new software is painful, no matter what the software is. Get through it and it will be worth it.

Accounting - I haven't' learned how to use this yet but just from checking it out I'm excited to have everything in one place. I haven't' started using the AI optimizing feature yet but I know it will rock our socks once we do. We pay a lot to have the staff drive and this will make our days more efficient and cost-effective.
We love that the dispatches get sent directly to our techs in the field, they can make purchase orders in the field, customers are emailed instantly their invoice or estimate and that we can see when jobs are complete. Billing would not be the same without the techs being able to upload documents and pictures that we can see instantly and notify property management of an issue. Customer sevice is AWESOME and they are very responsive and professional.
There is still some bugs and kinks that need to be worked out, but the software has come a long way since we started and customer service has always been top notch.
Great all in one solution and keeps getting better.
Solving the issue with missing paperwork prior. Paperwork is missing, its not a big issue any longer if techs fill out the online right and save. We dont lose info and part ordering. That is our biggest and number 1 concern. Accurate and fully functioning and organized service tickets and dispatching.

I love the customer service that is offered. When ever we need help with any glitches the customer service that is provided always makes the problems less stressful.
There are a few glitches every so often but like i said before the customer service is always on top of things.
You cant go wrong with their customer service. It's truly amazing. They're helpful and are there to work with us till the problems resolved.

How friendly and helpful the staff is to work with you! All the services and resources available are way more compared to almost to all other maid and commercial cleaning company softwares available online. The price is reasonable compares to 90% of other directly specific for maid business softwares. The staff is always willing to help and eager and very dependable and reliable and honest.
The process of doing some tasks and setting things up is confusing and lengthy. I have a hard time figuring out how to add new appointments into the calendar, how to send information to the clients. I am unsure how to set up the templates for texting and emailing clients.
If you want to be able to keep your business more organized and want all the benefits and helpful resources and staff for your business I would consider getting ServiceWorks! There are tons of things you can do with this software and if you want to grow your business, have more time during the week, gain knowledge, become more of a business owner, get ServiceWorks. its affordable, helpful, and great!
I am noticing less time being spent on tasks taking up precious time I can use toward growing my business! I realized that Service Works can really completely change my business growth positively once I learn all of the features and services provided for me to use for my company.
