It really helps our hospital to streamline patient interactions and appointment scheduling. As an RMO officer, it helps me manage everything smoothly and efficiently. Its features like customizable forms help us to collect the necessary information from patients and ensure a smooth patient experience.
Though it offers customizable forms option but I find the design options to be limited. But it completely fulfills all other requirements from patient online scheduling to chat support.
Its online appointment scheduling feature makes work easy for us as it helps patients book appointments at their convenience, even outside of business hours. Apart from this, Serviceform's automation features help automate routine tasks, such as appointment reminders, free up our valuable time and resources for hospital staff to focus on patient care.
One thing I like about Serviceform is that it is easy to set up and use, even for users without technical knowledge. It also has advanced form features such as conditional logic and scheduling, which help us in email marketing campaigns for online courses service for students.
Though it has all the basic and necessary features from making forms to analyzing conversion data. But it may not offer all the advanced features or integrations that some users require for their specific use case.
The serviceform helps us automate tasks related to student sign-up and payment collection. It makes our work easy and saves our time by providing features like data collection and analytics tracking from performance and user behaviour.
Chatbot has helped us a lot. Nowadays, you can buy a gift card for our salon through the chatbot. That means that the extra e-mail communication with customers has decreased a lot. There used to be a lot of gift card inquiries via e-mail, but now there aren't really any since the customers have found everything easily through our website. Even the sale of gift cards has improved when you don't have to come to the salon, but with a few clicks you can buy a gift card from your sofa.
At the moment, I can't really think of a single bad thing about using Serviceform's services.
There has been no need to have unnecessary e-mail conversations with customers when all the information can now be found on the website. Through the chatbot you can now buy a gift card to our store and it has made our everyday life so much easier and saves a lot of time.

Serviceform allows us all to work in one system vs. having one tool for everything in our previous setup.
