Its easy to use! The set up was even easier. They are able to integrate all your customers and their info easily. There are so many features that service fusion has. Its so personalizable to your likings. Customer support is easy to reach as well. They are very repsonsive over email as well as over the phone. We use this program for our every day operation and its has helped our company in so many ways. I recommend this program to everyone

Service fusion helps us get paid quicker and easier as well. Instead of using a 3rd party app to collect payment and taking up more time, with service fusion the technicians can take payment right in the service ticket area.

Scheduling is easy and a much needed improvement from my previous clunky software. You can easily drag and drop on the dispatch page or add service dates on the job screen. Invoicing is simple and completely customizable for your needs. So far, very happy!
Although scheduling is a strong point, I also feel like there could be improvements for the 'multiple day' feature as well as adding additional site visits. It would be nice to select which dates the tech will be going back instead of only allowing one day at a time.
Invoicing! We started this process using Excel and have moved to Service Fusion's invoicing. Syncing with Quickbooks is easy and helped our accountant keep track of invoicing and incoming payments.
The week grid view is the page we stay on 90% of the day. We can easily see the schedule for all cleaners for the whole week. Changes, additions, and moving clients are a breeze!
The data connection to financial software like QuickBooks is flawed, so I haven't connected them. Other users have shared the same thing. So is it's connection through APIs to credit card processors...
Because we can so easily see the entire week's schedule for all cleaners, scheduling a new client is easy. We used google calendars before (with only 3-4 cleaners' schedules to manage) and it took 4 times as long to decipher where in the schedule we'd have openings. Also, the employee side app is SO helpful to manage and track our cleaners, they use it to clock in/out, see their schedules in the future, see notes the office manager makes for the client's home.
User friendly, Features create a paper trail to protect user/business and customers. So many built-in features we dont even use them all!
Unable to use the mobile portion when there is no or limited coverage. Some connectivity issues during peak hours.

Such great support and SO many functions. I have used other software that charges for all these services that SF includes in their package. It has excellent Dispatch features, and Customer info has many things you can add, Quickbooks Integration and Custom Templates. The customer service is also fantastic. My questions are always answered very quickly. One of the best parts of using Service Fusion is its great price. You get so much value for their straightforward pricing.
Sometimes in the field, the usability and slower download speeds of the app are hard to learn. Mobile devices' functionality could be slightly simpler as it can be harder for older techs to understand.

I love that we can schedule jobs, view them in calendar and dispatch modes, control estimates and invoicing.
I wish there were a way to customize the job detail screen to match more of the info we need. I want to be able to set my default views in terms of what columns I see and how many rows to display. This should be the case on the desktop and mobile app screens.
Job tracking and history. Right now it is also functioning as our CRM. It would be nice if it would integrate with popular CRMs on the market.

It is very user-friendly. It is also effortless to customize it to fit your company's needs. The search bar at the top has to be my favorite thing, type in whatever info you have, and it searches EVERYTHING!
The app to use on tablets and phone is very limited in what it can do. My company was hoping it would cut down on the techs calling the office so much but the things they call for (PO's, Emailing Invoices, etc) you can not do from the app.
It has cut down on the paperwork. Our techs can get them to digitally sign through the app after they enter the service performed. It frees the office up to do other things besides entering work orders.
