I like how easy it is to add signing documents and collect payments. In my case, I use it through Salesforce, and the integration works almost seamlessly. I've rarely had issues.
I don't like how I need to edit everything in Sertifi itself (payments and documents) for changes to be accurately reported. I wish I could edit items directly though Salesforce and then have them updated in Sertifi + reported on accurately.
It's allowing me to quickly get documents signed as well as collect payments efficiently. I'm very happy with how easy it is to use for both myself and my clients.
PROS: I love how the simplicity of this tool. I can easily fill out a digital agreement and have it send to a potential client while dealing with them on the phone in as little as a couple minutes. I love how I can quickly make edits to an agreement even after sending it.
CONS: I just wish it's straightforwad to open a document on their mobile device and have it filled out just the way it would be on a desktop PC. My clients are own small businesses who are constantly on the move and rarely spend time in fron of their PC.
PROS: E-signatures lets users of Aljex Software to make their workflow a lot faster. With an integrated solution within TMS, brokers making use of Aljex have a simpler and quicker solution for paperwork signing and getting them uploaded to our software.
CONS: I'm only limited to input a maximum of 40 characters here. The sad thing about all this is that I have nothing bad to say about Sertifi.
PROS: Sertifi does a tremendous job for me. It saves me time, paper, and postage. If it's convenient for me, then more so with my customers.
CONS: There have been so many instances where e-mails keep going back and forth like: one for them to receive it then another one for them to sign in and then another one that gives me a reminder to sign it. Then another one that talks about the process of signing... Too many e-mails going on.

It's very user friendly and each notification informs me of forms that have been signed. If we'd known about this years ago, everything would've been smooth!

This is just a small issue but when you log in, it brings you to a new tab. It would've been awesome to stick with one tab so I won't have to open a bunch of them all at once. This is the only tiny issue I can only come up with.

We tend to receive paperwork from employees in a timely manner since they won't have to head someplace to fax or print something. This saves me time when it comes to followups.

PROS: Having an idea as to when a carrier has signed your rate confirmaton and knowing its legibility is a big plus. I also have the ability search and track specific data from loads days, weeks, and even months down the line.
CONS: I don't favor receiving multiple e-mail fromteh same e-sig. There's nothing much to not like about Sertifi. It does what it's meant to do.
Using Sertifi helps me filter out unreliable clients before they even become clients. When someone verbally commits to working with me long-term, I no longer have to just take their word for it until we see each other in person again. Sertifi allows me to send the contract right away, which means I can send an invoice right away, which means I get paid by the client *before* our first session. It leaves less opportunity for clients to back out or ghost me; I now know pretty quickly if they might do either and, thus, if I shouldn't waste any more time on them because I can see when they've viewed but not signed the contract.
I use Square for credit card payments, and I would love for there to be an integration so that new clients are prompted to pay upon signing my contract.
Sertifi is great. It makes me feel more professional, organized, and at ease.
Since I started using Sertifi, I feel more professional and feel I get treated as more of a professional by my clients; they show respect for my time, which isn't a given in my industry. I also have more peace of mind; in addition to using Sertifi for my contracts, I use it to have my potential clients who are coming in for a consult training session sign my liability waiver. This way, they have ample time to review and sign my liability waiver beforehand and don't feel rushed doing so at the beginning of our session, and since it's an e-signature (vs. pen/paper), I feel more legally protected. Finally, as previously mentioned, I get my contract signed quickly and, therefore, get paid more quickly (and since it's all electronic and there's no paper, my records are way more organized).
We no longer have to worry about faulty cards. Sertifi's credit card validation takes so much stress away from doing our business.
To be honest it does exactly what I hoped it would do. No complaints.
No problems... really love the benefit of saving both my time as well as the customers.
