I like that it has a very quick way to find where other people sit in my office.

Sometimes it is hard to orient myself within the office, especially since my building is symmetrical, it can take a while to figure out where someone is.

It's helpful for floor charts, can't comment on other features as I don't use them.

We use Serraview wayfinder to show where individuals sit. You can search by name, or view floor map by floor.

The multifunctionality of it. Spaces and the Block and Stack functions work great.

The backend changes. Changes that are not improving but worsen the experience. Slow and non-existing implementation of suggestions

Its beneficial that all colleagues can see rooms and area's live in Engage

It allows me to get a view of the seating arrangement on each floor and who is sitting at which desk. Makes it easy when I have to go to a different building or floor for a meeting.
