"SEON keeps getting better"

What do you like best about SEON. Fraud Fighters?

I love how user friendly it is, the customer support and the features.

What do you dislike about SEON. Fraud Fighters?

Only thing I deslike and maybe it is not connected to SEON is that we are not able to open directly accounts in our internal tool from seon.

What problems is SEON. Fraud Fighters solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is stopping a lot of different types of online fraud. We can detect CC fraud, unauthorised logins, etc.

"The most useful and informative tool I've ever had to use"

What do you like best about SEON. Fraud Fighters?

I believe, the best thing about Seon is it's user-friendly interface. You always have all the information gathered and efficiently operated in one place, and compared to my previous experiences, having all this info collected at once saves a lot of time and helps to respond faster. In addition to that, you can barely imagine a scenario which you cannot prevent with the rules. You can use literally any potentially possible parameter of the transaction to be considered by a rule, and more to that, they also provide AI generated rules based on your response with the transactions. Finally, the Team behind all that is just another level of kindness and professionalism. Should I need help with anything related, my questions are always answered in the most friendly manner possible!

What do you dislike about SEON. Fraud Fighters?

I wouldn't say there're much. Time to time, some delays occur and you have to wait for like 10 seconds for the page to load. This happens twice a day at most. There're also some minor things which could be improved. (please give us the option to mark txs as completed in bulk)

We use Seon directly for the purposes that are advertised, and it does it's job flawlessly

I like SEON. Fraud Fighters because it's good at finding and stopping fraud. It watches user behavior in real time to catch threats early. The risk scoring system can be customized, and it works well with other security systems.

Operating an online casino brand in a fair and transparent manner, that puts the experience of the player first, is made challenging by those that are seeking to abuse, through identity theft and multi-accounting.

At arcanebet, we were determined to not allow the few to ruin the party for the many. This is how SEON crossed our path. SEON approaches the business of fighting fraud in a scientific way, but also through the experience of those that have successfully abused before. It offers a unique perspective that translates into a well thought-out product.

With SEON you're not just buying a tool that helps you detect fraudulent patterns in an early stage, with many available data points, you're also stepping into a family that is driven to help your business reach its goals. You can count on the expertise of the community managers to assess rule-sets you're making and to objectively look over evidence that has been compiled against a player, to help answer the question: is this justified and an accurate description of what transpired?

So what we like best at SEON is the powerful product, mixed with their driven and knowledgeable team, that makes them deliver on their promise: being a fraud-fighting family.

What do you dislike?

The main challenge for SEON, as they scale and become bigger, will be to not lose that unique touch of community management and the leveraging of true experts in the field, to be able to stay one step ahead of those seeking to abuse.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

SEON helps objectifying fraud cases. Detecting advantage-play patterns is something we were doing internally, but in and of itself (when it does not represent a breach of the terms and conditions) it is not an issue. The issue only exists when fraudsters start doing it repetitively through organized ways of multi-accounting. SEON helped us link all those organized fraudsters.

This not only allowed us to take measures against those that abused, but more importantly, meant we did not have to hinder the genuine ones in their preferred way of playing. Ultimately, it helps us significantly to deliver on our own promise to our players: fast KYC's and withdrawals.

"The perfect tool to identify dangerous customers"

What do you like best?

It's a perfect tool to identify patterns such as suspect IP, VPN, emails. A very useful machine learning engine, helping us digging into our huge customer base searching for frauds. It has also a very user friendly interface

What do you like best?

The very best thing is that SEON is super flexible tool which allows to create/modify different rules online using multiple parameters.

Back office is running as smooth as a Swiss watch.

Additionally I would love to highlight Support Team that provides an excellent service.

What do you dislike?

I would like to have an online roadmap with the requested features with the possibility to modify and add comment in there

"It’s the Small Things That Matter"

What do you like best?

For me the most useful tool is the manual email check function where you can validate the account which was used to make a particular transaction. The system gives a score for the email, shows the registered online profiles and even gives information about the possible data breaches. It is very useful and makes my every day work much easier.

What do you dislike?

There is not a single thing, the whole site is really good, stable, user friendly and in case of system malfunction I can always contact their support staff who are really helpful and solve every problem in an instant.

Day to day fraud chasing activities. The main benefit of Seon is that I have more information which is the basis of a decision and I can gather these information faster.
