SEOMonitor is pretty costly. Smaller agencies can afford it. Also, white-label reporting is unavailable, per my understanding of the tool. Nowadays, It should be a must-add-on. Otherwise the tool is perfect and provides accurate results.

The software gets very slow when you add a lot of keywords or accounts. By far the worst part.
It makes keyword research and rank tracking a breeze. In my opinion it's way better than tools like SEMRush or Moz Pro for keyword research.

If something changes to HTML source code for landing pages, you can get an alert and see what's going on. Also, you know all details about feature snippets about your keywords and landing pages. Shisst you shouldn't tell anyone about pitching feature. It's a secret weapon for winning new business ;) Their support team is really helpful and very speedy. If you have any question about the SEOmonitor they can help immediately.
It's hard to dislike anything, but maybe export option can be improved.

Absolutely love the SERP and site change tracking features as this makes transparency in client reporting much better. Basically everything on this tool has tremendous value provided you make the effort to use it fully.
The only thing at this point is when you want to look at lots of rows or a larger time period things get a little slow. That being said, the sheer volume of valuable data in there is the reason it slows down.

I love how responsive the team are to requests. They are also quite an underrated tool still which gives me an advantage as a search marketer.
Even though I love all the information they provide the dashboard is busy. I'm not sure of a way around this and would rather have all the information than not.
It's great for giving an overview into your clients performance day in day out. The estimated visits via keyword coupled with conversions can really help you analyse where your time and effort is best spent.
The integration with Google Search Console and Google Analytics is amazing, also the ability to understand the split of Brand/Non-Brand traffic is really quite cool to share with marketing teams. I also found the forecasting feature saved several days of work when pitching for new clients or making business cases on launching new sections within an existing website.
The tool could be a bit more flexible when it comes to connecting with external analytics data sources beyond Google Analytics & Google Search Console. Also not all projects are able to be connected to Google Analytics or Google Search Console because it's not setup or I don't have access to these data points.
If you use Google Analytics & have setup Google Search Console you will get the most out of their platform features.

The other big one was the 2-3 days it took each time when forecasting SEO traffic in excel can now be done in SEOmonitor in just 1-2 minutes and the accuracy with the right seed set of keywords can't be beaten, also it can be re-forecasted at any point if required.
It takes the best features of some of the more well known tools on the market, and houses them in a single platform without the bits you don't need. And it does so for a fraction of the price!

I've not come across anything yet. The SEO Monitor team are very proactive at adding new features and so if you ever find something it doesn't do, they can schedule it in for future releases.
