What do you like best about Sense?

Quick response time to most messages and it's easy to communicate with talent. We are able to get answers to the questions that we have on a timely manner, this saves us the time it takes to make a phone call

What do you dislike about Sense?

Sometimes the notifications will not disappear so it's hard to tell which ones are new and which ones aren't. THe notifications at times do not actually pop up on screen either

Makes communication with talent easier and convenient. If we need someone to call, all it takes is a minute to send a message to our talent and we have it on file that we tried to reach out

What do you like best about Sense?

I like that we can have Shared recipients. That way when I am not available, my Team can respond to the text. Also easy access to your desktop and notifications that are presented

What do you dislike about Sense?

Like everything else, there are some Glitches for example when a text is received it did know correspond to the name in our system but that has been fixed by IT.

I love that most people in this new era text a lot so it makes it much easier and faster.

the only thing I dislike from Sense is that we sometimes miss a text.

Sense is solving the lack of communication and the tardiness. With the text message app it's faster to get a response than an email.

Not being able to send more than 99 messages per broadcast. and sometime you can not see older messages
