Quick response time to most messages and it's easy to communicate with talent. We are able to get answers to the questions that we have on a timely manner, this saves us the time it takes to make a phone call
Sometimes the notifications will not disappear so it's hard to tell which ones are new and which ones aren't. THe notifications at times do not actually pop up on screen either

Sense is solving the lack of communication and the tardiness. With the text message app it's faster to get a response than an email.
