Extremely useful for email marketing automation

What do you like best about SendX?

I was introduced to the SendX tool through ProductHunt. I signed up for the demo instantly. Got amazing support from the community manager Mayank. They helped me setup the tool. Setting up drip campaigns is extremely easy and it is extremely easy to import/export contacts and setup campaigns. I can tell that this is easily among the best of all similar tools available in the market.

What do you dislike about SendX?

The team behind Sendx has done a great job at building such an amazing platform. A few minor bugs at times is the only disappointment we have been through. But, the team is extremely proactive at resolving those when reported.

Recommendations to others considering SendX?

If you're looking for something that is easy to setup and does not take a lot of time to learn, you should definitely try this.

What problems is SendX solving and how is that benefiting you?

Maintaining subscriber lists on Sendx is easy and we can integrate with our Medium blog seamlessly. Zapier integration has been very useful too.

What do you like best about SendX?

It is a user-friendly platform, but what makes it stand head and shoulders above its competitors is the amazing support team. They are patient, professional, friendly and couldn't be more helpful.

Amazing Customer Service, Powerful Email Marketing Tools

What do you like best about SendX?

SendX has been amazing for my company. We exist in the personal finance space and do some work with crypto so it was a challenge to find an email system that would allow us to send this type of content while offering the suite of automation tools we needed. SendX was the perfect solution to our email marketing problems. Their customer service is also a massive pro for me. I've never run into an issue they couldn't solve within an hour or two, and their live chat is actually very helpful unlike many others.

What do you dislike about SendX?

Some of the features aren't obviously available and the form builder could use some work on the UI side. However, their API allows you to skip the native form part, so not a huge issue at all.

What problems is SendX solving and how is that benefiting you?

SendX has allowed my company to send marketing content for financial and crypto related products, which is difficult to find. On top of this, they have a solid API which allows us to use custom fields for our lists, greatly cutting down on the amount of manual work we've had to do for things like dynamic links and analytics.

Its intuitive interface and workflow, the dedicated team we have is always on point and most importantly, our open rate is much higher than other services we've used.

What do you dislike about SendX?

Would love to see a larger variety of emoji's.

Increasing open rates = increased user engagement = increased stickiness plus user acquisition = higher revenue. Period.

I love the segmentation feature.

What do you dislike about SendX?

Our company deals with multiple product types for multiple customer types and we need to address them with specific offers that vary from product to business type. SendX let me segment our campaign contacts by specific tags that we add so we drill down a specific target.

Recommendations to others considering SendX?

But the best thing is theyr customer service, always ready to help you with personal assistance and understanding fo your needs.

What problems is SendX solving and how is that benefiting you?

We'll start using it for our B2C e-commerce too and try the pop up tools.

Customer Support at SendX is Awesome!

What do you like best about SendX?

SendX is a very powerful email campaign platform that allows network marketing for cryptocurrency. Najwa Syeda walked me through sending my first SendX email campaign with patience and ease over Google Meet.

What do you dislike about SendX?

I am new to SendX, but an experienced email campaign marketer. SendX allows incredible ease of integration - I created a "Subscribe to our newsletter" form, copied and pasted the HTML code into my website in a matter of minutes.

What problems is SendX solving and how is that benefiting you?

Domain whitelisting gives me confidence that my campaigns will land in my subscriber's inbox, and not in junk.

Sometimes a bit glitchy but they do have developers working on it all the time to fix glitches.
