Great product overall - Exactly what I was looking for! I was previously using Loom, but their AI is way behind what Sendspark has. Sending customized video's at scale is priceless!

Customer Service/Support - Spot on! They always get back to me in a reasonable timeframe and solve any issues I have. If it's too tedious for chat, they are willing to schedule a 1-on-1 zoom screenshare session to resolve it (shout out and big thanks to Dan Delauretis in Tech Support).

Instantly Email interface - Started using the email interface feature yesterday and my campaign ran just as advertised. All dynamic videos processed through seamlessly.

Looking forward to using more features and seeing the new releases as the platform grows. I will be bringing other team members to the platform so we can all reap the benefits of customized dynamic videos!

Here's my review for an amazing experience using Sendspark, a truly game-changing platform that’s revolutionizing not only sales and marketing but also various aspects of business communication through asynchronous video messaging.

Sendspark is not just another tool in your tech stack; it’s a means to humanize your outreach and connect with clients on an entirely different level. The 5 star feature and one I appreciate the most is their EASY-to-use video recorder, which allows for personalization at scale. With Sendspark, I’ve been able to easily record custom videos, add personal touches, and effectively cut through the noise of everyday emails.

The ability to combine these custom introductions with pre-recorded videos has made scaling up significantly easier. No need to repeat myself; just record the introduction and stitch it with an existing product demo or tutorial. It’s as if I’ve found the secret sauce for personalizing outreach without making it monotonously repetitive!

Moreover, Sendspark isn’t limited to cold outreach alone. While it excels at that, its use cases span several other aspects of business communication too. From customer service situations where a personalized video can convey empathy more effectively than text messages or calls, short tutorials that guide users through complex processes in real-time, onboarding sessions that acquaint new hires with company policies and culture—the possibilities are endless! I can even see potentials for project updates within teams or video-based internal newsletters.

The platform’s unique ‘Bulk Personalization’ feature is going to open up new avenues for me to leverage mass communication while still maintaining an element of individual relevance, this feature is supposed to drop very soon as of the date of this review. In addition, their insightful ‘Video Analytics’ have proven incredibly useful in tweaking my strategies based on actual data.

What I love about Sendspark is its adaptability—it molds itself around your existing systems rather than requiring you to overhaul them—providing instant improvements in engagement levels across outbound emails & messages.

The team behind Sendspark is amazing too, I have personally talked to Bethany over e-mail and anytime I've needed any help her and her team were there, including a recent interaction for some customer service support which Dan helped me with. My issue was resolved within 10 minutes, that's formalities, introducing the problem, troubleshooting and resolving... under 10 minutes.

Sendspark is a slick video recorder. I love how I can have different workspaces in one account, so I can match the branding of my business to the videos. It's perfect!

AMAZING product, that blows the competition out of the water!

I have used Loom and Vidyard and others in the past. Sendspark did their homework and discovered the pain points of the other software applications out there and takes a completely different approach.

Rather than just create a video then add feature feature feature, and force it all to be templated for every video, Sendspark turns this all on its head. They said, let's start with a webpage template, and build it block by block for an incredible experience for your viewer. Colours and company logo are standardized as you would expect for all videos.

For example, as of right now you can add a call to action button that is specific for every video, not standardized across all videos. This is a game-changer in my opinion, as where you want to send someone watching an onboarding video is not the same place you want to send someone watching a demo video.

There are customizations to the thumbnail, like adding text or a logo. Also, the animated thumbnail can be downloaded as a gif or MP4 to share on social media. In addition, there is embed code for both web pages and your email campaign software like Mailchimp or whatever you use. You can copy thumbnails that are optimized just for Outlook. As with competitors, you can get the static or animated thumbnail copied with a single click of a button. Also, similar to competitors, you can choose the specific segment of the video for the animated thumbnail.

In addition, that I have not tried yet, are templates of video formats, a clear definition between a team and personal videos tabs, and the ability to quickly shift videos between the two tabs and from the video requests tab.

SAY WHAT? Did I say video requests?

The pièce de résistance is video requests! You can send someone a link and ask for a video from them. Think testimonials, feedback, videos on issues with your software/website, especially if they are not technically savvy and know how to create a screen recording themselves. When I saw this, it's the feature that made my mind go KABOOM! Mind blown! Usually, you would need to get a separate software for this, download the video and then upload to the common space at the company. This would include wait time and intense data usage, pain pain painful! Even if you buy into a video request software, and they are trying to be a video creation software too, they are often missing some major features.

So Thank you sooooo much to Sendspark and their amazing team for all the hard work that went into creating this amazing product. You are all rockstars!

Sendspark has totally transformed my consultancy via personalized video emails, especially with repeat business and referrals. It's a solid product and I've been impressed with the customer support and product roadmap (especially the LinkedIn integration)

So far I love sendspark! I used to use loom but they did not offer templates to use like sendspark does! I also love that once you complete the recording it asks you if you want to keep the video. Look didn’t do that and I would have to take an extra step to re-record.

SendSpark helps you take email marketing to a whole new and personal level. You can make a deeper connection with your customers and potential customers with a simple video. I love the templates that are provided. It's so easy to create and send. I'm looking forward to seeing my conversions and customer retention improve withe the help of SendSpark!

I'm a HUGE Loom user and have been for awhile. Loom was amazing for it's time but SendSpark feels like the upgraded version and the global branding options are so cool. LOVING SendSpark so far.
