SendPulse has been a game-changer for automating communication with our couriers. I use it mainly for Telegram and email flows, and the visual builder is intuitive and powerful. The segmentation options and personalization features help us target different courier groups with ease. I also appreciate the integration with messengers like WhatsApp, which gives us more flexibility.
What do you dislike about SendPulse?
It would be helpful if Telegram allowed proactive messaging like WhatsApp does. Also, the mobile app experience can feel a bit limited — I’d love more control and visibility over my flows when I’m on the go. Lastly, native CRM features could be expanded a bit more for small teams who don’t use external tools.

SendPulse helps us solve a major challenge in our logistics business — keeping in touch with hundreds of couriers in a structured, automated way. Instead of relying on manual communication or phone calls, we now use chatbots and flows to handle onboarding, reminders, support, and engagement.
