I like how easy the UI is and how simple it is for my marketing team to set up my account. I had to do no work, just log in with my credentials and start sending. They have a lot of creative gifts that have helped me stand out when prospecting. I love working with my ABM team to target an account and then they can create the campaign quickly in Sendoso.
It would be cool if there was a feature like white pages to search for the prospect's address when sending them the gifts, vs having my own whitepages account, or having to ask the prospect for their address.
There is so much noise in sales and no one really cares what you are selling. It is harder than ever before to get in front of prospects, even when you are sending value there way. Being able to send someone a gift, or something different allows me to break through the noise, and start the conversation.

Sendoso has helped me gain traction with customers who have gone dark, and they make it easy too. A few clicks will help generate a link that you can easily implement into your communication. Our team uses this every month with any deals that have gone stale.
Haven't had any negative experience with Sendoso, and don't really see a downside to it. At the very minimum, your customer gets a nice treat, and who doesn't like that?

The ability to differentiate, by offering a coffee (to have a chat over a virtual coffee) or meal (for a lunch and learn) . It is very easy to use and fast quick to access.

It is solving the question to ask if someone just wants to speak but rather shows an added reason as to why I am reaching out to that person directly. It is easy and simple to use. It is a great concept in order to get engagement from prospects.
I wish that the products that are offered for clients were more thoughtful and engaging. I believe that if the products were for example Crumbl cookies or brand-named items then they would be more likely to remember our business.

Sendoso has helped elevate our ABM program by offering personalized, thoughtful, and timely demand-generation campaigns for brand awareness, pipeline development, and deal velocity. We're empowered to be creative while trusting the Sendoso team to execute those plans. Our CS reps at Sendoso are great at what they do. Knowing that Sendoso owns their warehouse and doesn't farm out to third parties means less chance for error. The platform is easy to use, and the API to Salesforce, Marketo/Eloqua and Outreach is seamless with no reporting issues while using it for four years at three high-tech organizations. Most recently I have appreciated the reduction in SLA ship times. We're seeing packages ship out on average 2-3 days from order submit, and most of these include the handwritten notecard.
Like any growing high-tech organization there are occasional bumps in the road. Sendoso Customer Success Team is there to address and fix and get things back on track quickly. Keep making improvements but also triple check when changes on the platform are made and how they affect the User Expereince.
Personalized direct mail at scale is challenging to execute when working remotely. Through Sendoso, we warehouse our content and swag and then have it packaged on-demand and shipped on demand. This has cut out a lot of busy work and enabled us to do more. We can also go from conception to execution on big campaigns in just a few weeks. The handwritten notecard allows us to customize each message to the customer.
I love to use sendoso as a means of letting the customer know I'm not just a seller, but a human. It helps me create more than a professional relationship but a friendship by sending them something to brighten their day.
Nothing! Sometimes the integration to require a meeting from a prospect before being allowed to get the e-gift does not work.
