The SMS function isn't so great, but our organization doesn't use that a lot.

What do you like best about Sendlane?

Sendlane's customer service is EXCELLENT! They help with technical support, onboarding and answer any questions in a timely manner. The platform is very easy to use, user friendly and offers great insights.

What do you dislike about Sendlane?

Sendlane currently only fully integrates with Shopify WooCommerce, Miva and ClickBank, it works with other platforms too but only limited. They do not have a gallery that stores all the images and graphics like mailchimp (currently).

What problems is Sendlane solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to send abandoned cart reminders to customer who put a product in their cart and left. We also see great result by sending welcome emails to those who just subscribed to our newsletter. It is very easy to create emails.

What do you like best about Sendlane?

What I love the best about Sendlane is the UI (User Interface)... it is the first thing you see when opening the app and is very non-intimidating, which can be a turn-off when you are new to autoresponders and new to any particular platform. Words are large, navigation is easy, colors are lovely and unique. The helpdesk is very responsive and oh so patient for those of us who are still learning the system. While I am fairly NEW to autoresponders, this is NOT my first one but this is the one that I like best. It is simple, yet gives you many options for specificity if needed.

What do you dislike about Sendlane?

Um... the only thing I dislike is that I am unable to change the email address that I originally signed up with due to several factors. It doesn't REALLY matter much however I am unable to access that email address... (it is linked to a domain I own ) so I cannot see if people try to reply. I remedy this by putting a different email address in my signature. It's really a personal problem, not necessarily a problem with the app.

What problems is Sendlane solving and how is that benefiting you?

The two biggest problems I have been able to solve with Sendlane is with easily scheduling future emails (and specifying groups &/or sub-groups/segments that receive it) and scheduling the contact clean-up that happens on a regular basis so that non-responsible members are automatically removed after a certain period of time. This way my list is always fresh. Another benefit (which I don't use but I think is excellent) is there is the option of using ready-made template designs with images for a more catchy email. I don't use it only because I use text-only emails with the specific purposes of my autoresponder needs. However, it was great when I had to send out invitations for my grandmother's funeral as people could just sign up for the list and I was able to send out nicely designed emails with images.

Nothing I can think of. Deliverability is amazing and cs is great. I’ve been with them since beginning and their improvements are awesome

What do you like best about Sendlane?

We've used Sendlane for a little over 2 years at this point and the personalized support is an absolute game-changer! Good luck getting in touch with anyone at Mailchimp.

The drag and drop functionality of the automation builder is very useful for us visual folks. Not only is it aesthetically pleasing and intuitive, but it has some incredibly advanced features that really help to push your open and click rates up.

Sendlane is about as eCommerce friendly as it can get and just makes sense to use. Do yourself a favor and move to Sendlane.

What do you dislike about Sendlane?

I dislike nothing. Every time I think there is something buggy it's just me not looking in the right place but as an enterprise client, our account managers always jump on that right away.

Prevent yourself the headache of trying others and move to Sendlane now :)

What problems is Sendlane solving and how is that benefiting you?

Better open and click-through rates. Longer and more thought-out automations. More revenue from email!
