I've been using Brevo since its SendinBlue days, mainly for email marketing and SMTP relay with our office printer. So we use their service every day in that sense.

The transition to Brevo brought noticeable improvements. What stands out is their customer support - even as a free account user, I received personalized, non-canned responses to my queries. This prompt and considerate support, especially for minor issues like the SMTP key length for our printer, is commendable."

We don't use their integration tools/features, so I can't speak about those.

The fact that Brevo maintains such high-quality service even for free user accounts is commendable, making me confident in considering their paid services as our company grows.

There was a hiccup with the SMTP key (password) length not fitting our printer's specs (too long. 90 characters length but the printer only accepts 64), but that's more about the printer than Brevo. Their team suggested reaching out to the manufacturer, which was a reasonable step. Also explained that 90 is for security reasons which I also agree. I suggested to my support representative to suggest our use case to their marketing or development department and he seems much obliged to do it.

Aside from this, my experience has been mostly positive. No significant downsides to report.

Avec ma petite expérience de Brevo, le seul inconvénient pour moi, je suis obligé de créer un nouveau template pour envoyer la même campagne à la suite de mon fichier client.

Je suis un néophite sur Brevo et n'ai jamais utilisé d'autres plate-formes similaires.

En utilisant Brevo, je gagne beaucoup de temps lors de l'envoi d'une campagne.

A terme, j'espère pouvoir utiliser les automatisations et paiements.

Ce qui me plait dans la plateforme Brevo, c'est le fait qu'elle soit complète et qu'elle gère l'ensemble des besoins de notre entreprise. Elle contient beaucoup de fonctionnalité, mais elle reste très simple à utiliser et cela est très plaisant au quotidien. Le support technique est très réactif et répond à l'ensemble de nos questions. Nous l'utilisons au quotidien et nous en sommes très satisfaits.

Il n'y a pas vraiment de chose que je reproche à Brevo.

I dislike nothing. Brevo has many features to offer like free transactional email, free global phone calls and free chat widget.

Sometimes the SMTP email is not working. Recent issue is that I cannot send email using SMTP server. The error said that I cannot connect to smtp-relay.brevo.com. The customer service said that they encountered an SSL certificate problem with their domain, Brevo.com, which caused issues with webpage accessibility. The customer service also apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and confirmed that they successfully resolved this issue yesterday https://status.brevo.com/.

Several Features which I really like.

1.Ease of Design: The platform makes it easy to create visually appealing email marketing campaigns which can be crucial factor in audiance engagement.

2.Segmentation: It offer a user friendly way to create customer database segment.

3. Schedule: It offers users to schedule campaign on different timings.

4. Timings Suggestions: Provide suitable time suggestion to run campaigns.

There is a lack of an option to delete campaign. Not being able to delete the campaigncan lead to a cluttered campaign list which make it harder to find important draft campaign

I did email marketing and it helps in effective and efficient. It helps our organisation to achieve its marketing goals and drive sales, which is a key benefit for any business engaged in email marketing activities

Brevo, ex Sendinblue, est une plateforme que nous utilisons en particulier pour nos campagnes d'e-mailing en BtoC et en BtoB. La prise en main est très facile, l'interface est intuitive et le service client est très réactif. De plus, les statistiques sont faciles à lire et à exporter.

Je trouve que c'est une plateforme complète. Malgré tout, si je peux suggérer un point d'amélioration, c'est de mettre un peu plus en avant les coordonnées de leur service client qui ne sont pas évidentes à trouver.

La plateforme Brevo nous aide surtout à rester en contact avec nos clients BtoC et BtoB. De plus, ayant déjà travaillé avec d'autres plateformes, je trouve que le taux de délivrabilité des campagnes est plus que satisfaisant.
