What do you like best about SendHub?

What I like the most is you can attach some files even in a simple message. The inbound and outbound sections also the attachments.

What do you dislike about SendHub?

Nothing, all is good and smooth. Great Experience.

It helps my organization to communicate appropriately in a timely manner.

What do you like best about SendHub?

The failure rate of sending a message is close to zero. Also first when I integrated sendHub with my existing code it was really easy as the API doc is well documented and easy to navigate. Offers the best solution for SMS marketing for small and big scale business owners. The ease of setup takes the limelight and features are meet the exact requirements of user. Each feature, the analytics, integration APIs, SMS dashboard are so well designed.

What do you dislike about SendHub?

It can give minimal credits for a free trial rather than going through a long process of requesting a demo. Many people don't like to go on a long route, rather they make quick decisions on buying that SaaS after trial. Also, the design can be upgraded, look a little bit old school.

What problems is SendHub solving and how is that benefiting you?

I own a small room renting business, this helps me to send SMS to my potential customers who visit the website and ask queries or simply go away after visiting the website to lure them by giving renting plans on SMS. This also helps me to track how many customers I've sent the SMS. I don't need to do any extra chores as it simply integrates well with just a few APIs with my existing website.

What do you like best about SendHub?

I like that Sendhub is easy to navigate! It also works quickly, no delays in messaging. My favorite aspect is how easy it is to locate contacts in our very long list!

What do you dislike about SendHub?

It is pretty time-consuming to create distribution lists. Perhaps a drag and drop into a new group would be faster?

What problems is SendHub solving and how is that benefiting you?

Web-based SMS with employees and customers to allow multiple senders, visibility and maintaining employee user contact privacy.

What do you like best about SendHub?

The customer support team responds very quickly any time I have a question and does whatever they can to make my life easier.

What do you dislike about SendHub?

The only issue I have found so far (I have only had the service for about a month) is the character limit for sending an auto response when someone joins a group. Not a huge issue, but my life would be easier if I could send a longer welcome message automatically.

Recommendations to others considering SendHub:

The customer support team is outstanding and responded to all of my questions very quickly. The interface is easy to use.

What problems is SendHub solving and how is that benefiting you?

My company uses SendHub to have people text in to receive a link to our donation page. We send speakers all over the country and this is an easy way for them to ask for donations at the end of their talk.

What do you like best?

It's great having one place to reach out to multiple people via text and the platform is fairly simple to use!

What do you dislike?

The design needs an update and maybe better color coding for read versus unread. Also recognition for duplicate contacts. You should also be able to click on a contact and see recent messages with them under their name with group messages vs individual messages clearly marked.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The need to mass contact staff has been solved! It's great to have all that in one place and the platform does not take much training to use!

"Life is so much easier with Send Hub"
What do you like best about SendHub?

Any of our 105 employees can access it form their computer to send a client a text message. Our responses by text message seem to be higher than what we get from email on certain clients so this is just another way to make the process smooth for us and out clients

What do you dislike about SendHub?

I wish that people would not mark other peoples messages as read . This is a team issue though not the soft ware.

What problems is SendHub solving and how is that benefiting you?

We reach 100's of people in matter of minutes verses 100s in hours.

What do you like best about SendHub?

Seamless integration, multiple integration options like Slack, drive etc, not-so-complex UI, faster and speed SMS deliverability, option to attach files and no doubt reasonable pricing,

What do you dislike about SendHub?

Limited option just with sms, they should introduce whatsapp and other modes of communication

What problems is SendHub solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has helped us delivery sms communication to our customers at scale, very easy to start and so far we've tried different business use case and it has delivered always.

"SendHub - a Tool Worth Having"
What do you like best about SendHub?

SendHub makes it easy for your business partners to contact you (and vice versa) via text messages vs. phone calls or emails. Texts are sent and received immediately, which is great when you need to quickly reach an individual or group without using your personal phone number. Because so many people use text over emails, this tool is excellent because it's fast and effective.

What do you dislike about SendHub?

One feature I disliked is being unable to physically see when a co-worker was responding to a customer simultaneously. It was embarrassing when a customer received 2 text messages at the same time with conflicting information. If there's a way to see when someone else is responding to a customer's comment, this would eliminate the problem. Also, SendHub is not regulated, which some companies opt not to use for privacy reasons.

Recommendations to others considering SendHub:

This is a fun, easy tool to use. If you have a large employee and customer base, I believe the price and terms are all relative to how much SendHub is utilized.

What problems is SendHub solving and how is that benefiting you?

Although SendHub was recently eliminated as a communication tool at my company, it was great because we had no phone lines - SendHub allowed us to reach out to customers without forcing them to make an unnecessary trip to our office.
