The failure rate of sending a message is close to zero. Also first when I integrated sendHub with my existing code it was really easy as the API doc is well documented and easy to navigate. Offers the best solution for SMS marketing for small and big scale business owners. The ease of setup takes the limelight and features are meet the exact requirements of user. Each feature, the analytics, integration APIs, SMS dashboard are so well designed.
It can give minimal credits for a free trial rather than going through a long process of requesting a demo. Many people don't like to go on a long route, rather they make quick decisions on buying that SaaS after trial. Also, the design can be upgraded, look a little bit old school.
I own a small room renting business, this helps me to send SMS to my potential customers who visit the website and ask queries or simply go away after visiting the website to lure them by giving renting plans on SMS. This also helps me to track how many customers I've sent the SMS. I don't need to do any extra chores as it simply integrates well with just a few APIs with my existing website.
I like that Sendhub is easy to navigate! It also works quickly, no delays in messaging. My favorite aspect is how easy it is to locate contacts in our very long list!
It is pretty time-consuming to create distribution lists. Perhaps a drag and drop into a new group would be faster?

The customer support team responds very quickly any time I have a question and does whatever they can to make my life easier.
The only issue I have found so far (I have only had the service for about a month) is the character limit for sending an auto response when someone joins a group. Not a huge issue, but my life would be easier if I could send a longer welcome message automatically.

The design needs an update and maybe better color coding for read versus unread. Also recognition for duplicate contacts. You should also be able to click on a contact and see recent messages with them under their name with group messages vs individual messages clearly marked.

Any of our 105 employees can access it form their computer to send a client a text message. Our responses by text message seem to be higher than what we get from email on certain clients so this is just another way to make the process smooth for us and out clients
I wish that people would not mark other peoples messages as read . This is a team issue though not the soft ware.

Limited option just with sms, they should introduce whatsapp and other modes of communication
It has helped us delivery sms communication to our customers at scale, very easy to start and so far we've tried different business use case and it has delivered always.
SendHub makes it easy for your business partners to contact you (and vice versa) via text messages vs. phone calls or emails. Texts are sent and received immediately, which is great when you need to quickly reach an individual or group without using your personal phone number. Because so many people use text over emails, this tool is excellent because it's fast and effective.
One feature I disliked is being unable to physically see when a co-worker was responding to a customer simultaneously. It was embarrassing when a customer received 2 text messages at the same time with conflicting information. If there's a way to see when someone else is responding to a customer's comment, this would eliminate the problem. Also, SendHub is not regulated, which some companies opt not to use for privacy reasons.
This is a fun, easy tool to use. If you have a large employee and customer base, I believe the price and terms are all relative to how much SendHub is utilized.
Although SendHub was recently eliminated as a communication tool at my company, it was great because we had no phone lines - SendHub allowed us to reach out to customers without forcing them to make an unnecessary trip to our office.
