The biggest CON for me is the US shipping only. Hope they will change it. There are so many opportunities in other markets!

I’ve tried Sellvia after a terrible experience with another platform. Their support was awful. I remember that during the holiday season, something broke down at my site and customers couldn’t make purchases. It took them forever to fix it. And they also ignored me for quite some time. They also said it’s beginner-friendly, but it’s easy to get lost in setting up the website and like I said support is horrible. I’ve never had anything like that with Sellvia. So don’t underestimate customer service. Also everything is simple and very easy to set up.

I wish there were more possibilities for customization of my website. My website is aesthetic but that is not exactly how I imagined it. With that, my store would be like a brand.

I took package without marketing (I have degree), it’s cheaper. You can take The part about setting up your store is easy to comprehend. Everything is automated. No problems with importing products, plugins work overall good, if you have any problem just contact the support and they’ll fix it asap.

My main complaint is product catalog. It should be bigger and more personalized, because I understand that every client gets the same description. But since I earn money, I can go with that. I just hope that the team will work on that matter.

What I dislike is lack of customization of your store. I mean you can change fonts etc, but I wished there were more creative freedom for the owner.

Yet I am satisfied with my experience. This is my first business and I’m satisfied. I wanted to try out all this e-commerce stuff and now I'm in!

No one guarantees you a stable income. A lot depends on you. Sellvia will make you a turnkey store and give all the necessary materials for training, but you have to deal with advertising yourself.

I already work more than 10 hours a day; I don't have extra time, thus the offer to have Sellvia set up the store was appealing. They also provide services for further promotion of my store, SEO optimization, email marketing, and more so I can find all I need in one company and don't waste time looking for third-party tools.

I love the sense of freedom that comes with having my own business! While the Sellvia store hasn't made me a millionaire yet, I am generating enough income to cover my monthly bills, which is already a great achievement. At this stage, I can't say anything negative. I feel lucky with my manager. Maybe someone else got less fortunate. I believe that the most important thing in a company is its employees, and so far I can only say positive things about them. I received the store within the specified timeframe.

My issue is the search for additional income. I believe I have all the chances to solve it with Sellvia's help. So far, I haven't paid for anything here, but I'll need to pay a monthly subscription, which is quite affordable IMO, for any budget.
