I can tell you that Sellvia offers the easiest way to start ecommerce business. I also did a research about several other platforms, but finally I started with Sellvia. Imo, no one simplifies the business better than this platform. So if you’re just starting out, I would totally recommend this service, because it’s very beginner and user-friendly. Also support will help you resolve all of your problems asap. Back when I started I had to wait quite some time to make some sales. Now my store brings me small profit but I remember that I was so worried at the beginning that I was gonna fail.
The biggest CON for me is the US shipping only. Hope they will change it. There are so many opportunities in other markets!

I’ve tried Sellvia after a terrible experience with another platform. Their support was awful. I remember that during the holiday season, something broke down at my site and customers couldn’t make purchases. It took them forever to fix it. And they also ignored me for quite some time. They also said it’s beginner-friendly, but it’s easy to get lost in setting up the website and like I said support is horrible. I’ve never had anything like that with Sellvia. So don’t underestimate customer service. Also everything is simple and very easy to set up.
I wish there were more possibilities for customization of my website. My website is aesthetic but that is not exactly how I imagined it. With that, my store would be like a brand.

I took package without marketing (I have degree), it’s cheaper. You can take The part about setting up your store is easy to comprehend. Everything is automated. No problems with importing products, plugins work overall good, if you have any problem just contact the support and they’ll fix it asap.
My main complaint is product catalog. It should be bigger and more personalized, because I understand that every client gets the same description. But since I earn money, I can go with that. I just hope that the team will work on that matter.

What I dislike is lack of customization of your store. I mean you can change fonts etc, but I wished there were more creative freedom for the owner.
