Selligent Marketing Cloud allows my businessto create and manage campaigns across multiple channels, including email, mobile, social media, and web. And this gives the company more income channels

While Selligent Marketing Cloud offers a range of customization options, it is as flexible as some other marketing automation solutions ,and this limit the ability of my business to create more unique and highly customized campaigns.

What do you like best about Marigold Engage?

Selligent is a well maintained multichannel tool that provides ideal services for managing marketing campaigns. It tracks online performance, display review sites, provide customizable features, social channels, consulting partnerships and segmentation. Reporting keeps a track of marketing performance, customer, purchase, sales and products by the company which allows ease of approaching the data in a single view. Reporting is very easy to navigate and detailed. Segmentation is also a quality feature. It has great A/B features for email marketing and supports bulk emails efficiently. Message Studio provides very extensive marketing solutions. API platform is a great feature which helps to connect different sevices and other partners. It offers a great platform to connect with customers. Automation really reduces the workload and strengthen the productivity of the company. The customer service is also very quick and responsive. It provides easy scheduling and reusable templates. System is really flexible, relaiable and extremely collaborative. There is no need of any extensive training, its easy to navigate through.

What do you dislike about Marigold Engage?

User interface can be more friendlier. Sometimes it crashes suddenly, needs a good internet connection. Dynamic content takes a lot of time and effort as compare to other competitors in market. There are some functionality limitations in drag and drop features and system also slows down when doing multiple tasks at once. Some features are also a bit difficult to operate.

What problems is Marigold Engage solving and how is that benefiting you?

Selligent is best to use in any kind of large companies. It provides the best channel for email marketing as it can manage large volumes of mails very efficiently. It has very good performance, improves business process outcomes and is also cost effective.

"Selligent Marketing Cloud is a life cycle management software which have best data management."
What do you like best about Marigold Engage?

Selligent Marketing Cloud is used for retail, entertainment, travel, finance and many other big industries. It is used for client life cycle management and is one of the best softwares of its kind that I have seen. The features are customizable and the implementation requires some time but after learning it the whole process becomes smooth. It streamlines the marketing emails and the templates can be created without any hassle. Their professional support team is also one of the reason that we keep using it. Social marketing and Segmentation are its one of my favorite features. The Message Studio got connect to our own CRM within no time. It helps us to send numberless email within a short amount of time. the interface is also very smooth working.

What do you dislike about Marigold Engage?

When using Selligent Marketing Cloud offline the system crashes which can result in loss of data. There is need of drag and drop editor and the system doesn't work the same for Mac users. I hope they introduce both web and browser in the future because currently it is only on desktop. The reporting feature could be better it is not exactly according to my need right now. It is difficult to set up.

What problems is Marigold Engage solving and how is that benefiting you?

Selligent Marketing Cloud contains such a system that it will make your customer loyal and increases your profit by its innovative features. I strongly suggest using Selligent Marketing Cloud to everyone.

It's refreshing to bring clients from legacy platforms, who've been accustomed to either significant back-end customization, or integrating completely different products, in order to implement cross-channel marketing orchestration. Website personalization, testing, and segmentation is really easy to integrate into email automations.

What do you like best about Marigold Engage?

I love that Message Studio can connect to our Salesforce CRM quite easily. The results are reliable and we can send thousands of emails in seconds!

We received a great walk through when we started to use the platform and the Selligent team has been a great support for our projects; they are always willing to collaborate when we need it and help us find new strategies. Selligent offers competitive cost options and adaptable to the budgets of medium and large companies.

What do you dislike about Marigold Engage?

Creating templates from scratch can be a little difficult. We decided to work them separately and only copy the code to the platform.

Recommendations to others considering Marigold Engage:

We are currently using Message Studio, we highly recommend it as a reliable platform for email campaigns.

What problems is Marigold Engage solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have automated the process of sending emails to our customers through a secure, stable and user-friendly platform. We use Message Studio at a regional level (Central America) for multiple processes, allowing us to measure the impact of our campaigns and communication with customers immediately.

"Great, feature-rich marketing automation platform with responsive support "
What do you like best about Marigold Engage?

Selligent's user interface for data import and segmentation make it extremely easy for a marketer or technical person to interact with the system. Also - it's consistent across all modules in the Marketing Cloud. A lot of their competitors' feel like a patchwork of different software pieces.

The implementation team and support have are head and shoulders above what we were used to with our old vendor. If we have an issue, they are quick to address it and clearly communicate to us. Specifically, during implementation, their data team worked closely with us to ensure that we were following best practices. They pushed back when they saw issues which was helpful. A really great partner.

What do you dislike about Marigold Engage?

There is some confusion around their legacy product, Campaigns, and their new web-based one, Selligent Marketing Cloud. The documentation for both is housed in the same help center. Sometimes I was reading an article for Campaigns when it should have been SMC. Easy fix. We only have experience with SMC and couldn't be happier.

It is helping us with our 1:1, personalized customer communications.

The ultimate flexibilty of the platform. Integration possibilities with other systems, user friendlyness and the local partnerships available. Reporting insights are phenomenal!

About the platform? None. What I dislike is to explain that the platform is no MailChimplike solution...

Here's the platform you really need to communicate with your customers. It gives you the best insights in how your customers behave. The power of automated campaign flows, segmentation and filter options is the ultimate marketers dream.

What problems is Marigold Engage solving and how is that benefiting you?

1:1 communication in a split second with all our customers. This saves so much time. By using the Express tool, we are able to create an e-mail campaign in 10 minutes, given that the content is available.

Easy to use and versatile token syntax which allows for dynamic content and personalization

General loading time is slow. I've experience this at previous companies as well.

What problems is Marigold Engage solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bottleneck of production time. We spent a lot of time coding from scratch and manually adding in tracking, but were able to resolve this problem by utilizing token calls and token definitions, content blocks, reusable templates to reduce the amount of time spent on production.

What do you like best about Marigold Engage?

It's a rare combination of cloud solution with flexible data setup. It basically allowed us to migrate from previous campaign management platform within weeks. We simply replicated the same data model we used to have for on-premise installation of other vendor. Even having moved to the cloud, we still have an access to SQL console to understand what happens under the bonnet. Very much appreciated by IT guys. On marketing side: friendly GUI, powerful A/B testing and remarkable delivery speed.

What do you dislike about Marigold Engage?

Not 100% HTML5 ready. For agencies like ours, who run their business on Apple computers, there is a small challenge while Selligent requires tiny *.exe component to be installed.

What problems is Marigold Engage solving and how is that benefiting you?

We run a few loyalty programs (some with millions of participants) and we really like how easy it is to convert sometimes complicated business logic into actionable lifecycle campaigns. Having completed data integration trainings at Selligent, we really can dive deep into Selligent system tables to extract data needed to control in-store systems and applications. Really powerful combination.

What do you like best about Marigold Engage?

Selligent's platform provides an impressive variety of functions that allow us to manage our email campaigns with great flexibility and the technical support is excellent. Our Relationship Manager is not only supportive of our initiatives, but she seems to see our needs before we have them! Between the platform and our Relationship Manager, it's tough not to be successful with this ESP.

What do you dislike about Marigold Engage?

We experience occasional technical hiccups that, because of our reliance on the ESP, can cause quite a headache. Support is always quick to help, though!

What problems is Marigold Engage solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have migrated our emails from multiple platforms to Selligent because it's so responsive and allows us to be incredibly agile. We make use of Content Blocks for personalization, Reports to measure engagement, and A/B Testing for campaign optimization.
