Previously we have either tried to keep a bunch of plugins working together or bought into a hosted website subscription from one of the better-known USA providers; Either solution was not ideal, the first route not reliable and the latter being stuck with a limited ability to bespoke the service.

With a Selldone subscription, the prices are lower and fair, compared to other CMS eShop and they have additional features too!

The only issue/improvement I'd like to see is the ability to list a product for $Zero value and have the buyer go through the process of registering and then 'buying' which is not possible. At the time of writing this review, any product listing has to have a minimum value of 0.01 and though we accept there is a workaround, it is not ideal for SHEDyt's prospective customers.

In terms of support, Alireza and his team go way beyond what is required to assist our team and with the setup too; They even logged it on our external connecting systems to resolve the issues we were having i.e. The problem was with another supplier, not their technology!

It is currently the closest alternative to Shopify! It is a multivendor marketplace, so it can be overwhelming at first glance, but it has a clean UI. It also has the Blog, Marketing Campaign, Affiliate features inside. You can also sell digital products, so it's a plus for creators as well. Multiple payment platforms are constantly added. The team is very active, support is excellent.

I've had an incredibly positive experience with Selldone and I'm convinced it's a superior alternative to Shopify. Its e-commerce tools are intuitive and comprehensive, making the overall operation of my online store much smoother. Additionally, its interface is user-friendly, making it easy for me to manage my orders effectively. I also appreciate their top-tier customer service team who are always ready to assist.
