PROS: So far, Sellbrite is the best multi-channel e-commerce platform we've ever encountered. It has a clean user interface, intuitive layout, snappy interface, and they walk the talk. Indeed, this software is a "simplified multi-channel selling" solution. But what's really amazing is the quality of their customer support. Whenever I reach out to the team looking for a solution to my concern or answer to my questions, they always send a response within the day I send them a message. I also love how genuine they are when they listen to their customers' feedbacks. I have requested for a number of features and they did grant it. They are constantly making the product better than before. On top of that, they always make their customers feel loved and appreciated.
CONS: The platform does not have bookkeeping integrations and "kitting" or "bundling" features. It will be amazing if they include these functionalities in the software. I also suggest that they implement a two-factor authentification. Don't get me wrong. I haven't encountered any security issues but I think the 2-factor authentication will make the platform security more robust.
PROS: Sellbrite is an easy to use and affordable multi-channel management platform that provides our business the needed tools to double our sales. We have achieved improved sales since we implemented it and are looking forward to breaking the highest sales record we had last year. Thanks to Sellbrite for making all this possible. Not to mention, customer service is also excellent.
CONS: I don’t like that it can’t create new Amazon products directly from the system and can’t support bundling. But I heard they are currently working on these aspects now.
PROS: We had our SKUs in order when we set up the system and it only took us 20 minutes to finish the whole process. When it comes to features, we love the user interface because it's super intuitive. I think it is also worth to mention the listing module. It's incredible! Generally, Sellbrite performs fairly well. On top of that, their customer service is amazing. We always receive an immediate response to our queries. They won't let you wait for too long.
CONS: Not a disadvantage, but this platform cannot be used as an all-in-one solution YET. But it's great that they constantly update the product so hopefully, it would have everything we need sooner or later.
It is so easy to use, yet it provides excellent features that allow you to integrate all of your sales channels into one without complicating your life.
That to connect it with Shopify, you have to start from zero, basically.
I can now connect three selling channels into one and manage all of them through one platform.
PROS: I like that Sellbrite supports multiple channels. Its ability to generate and manage listings through different sales channel and support different services are also exceptional. Customer support is also great.
CONS: Nothing to dislike about Sellbrite.
PROS: My business is still quite small, so I really appreciated how user-friendly and straightforward this platform is when I first started using it. It made implementation and onboarding easy to do, so I didn't have to take too much time learning to use it and go back to focusing on growing my business. I don't use the advanced features right now, but I can see how they can be beneficial to me as my business continues to grow.
CONS: One aspect that I think they can really work on is to provide more data reports to users. I generally find their data and reports to be super useful, but if they include this improvement it will really take the platform to the next level.
PROS: There are many things to love about this platform. First, it can be used for multi-channel e-commerce sales with so much ease. Second, their customer support is responsive. Third, the product is constantly improving. Last but not least, we are able to save a significant amount of money.
CONS: It would be great if they improve inventory reports.
PROS: I'm surprised I haven't encountered this platform before because it's given me all I can possibly ask for. I didn't have to deal with a steep learning curve when it came to implementation, and besides they had a great customer support agent on hand who was a really big help when I started using it. It also helped minimize costs since it could host pictures, so there was no need for us to get additional software or hosting services. It also helped us save money in other ways. The shipping fees for this one had the same bulk rates as other platforms, so there wasn't a big adjustment on our end when it came to budget. Their pricing structure which is based on sales is also great since they only charge you for the amount of resources that you're using.
CONS: To be quite honest it has everything that I need. I can't think of anything to complain about.
PROS: This platform is somehow the best one I've found for such a low price range. Sellbrite offers three amazing pricing packages – the starter, standard, and premium plan. For those who want to be sure that the software will meet their needs, they can use the system for fourteen days without paying a buck. Afterward, you can start using the platform for as low as $49 every month. Apart from the price, the customer support is also amazing. They are very helpful and listens to the feedback of end users.
CONS: Sellbrite is awesome! I cannot think of any cons using this software.

It's simple to use; we were up and running within a few days, even with SKUs that vary between channels. Very affordable. Includes most of the major sales channels. Templates and "recipes" for each channel are simple, to the point, easy to set up.
Sometimes speed is an issue. Linking products can be time-consuming. I wish the import/export system was on the main dashboard. It would be nice to be able to edit Amazon items. And it can be challenging to update pictures sometimes.
Don't waste money on other services. Sellbrite works for most of the platforms.
We've been using Sellbrite for a few years now, and it is so much better than all the other software we have used in the past. We've used 5 different services, including the "best", which is also the most expensive, and Sellbrite is so much better and simple to use. We've connected all the sale markets and our website and linked all the products together without much help. It makes listing new products so much better, in a few minutes, you can list a new product to all of the marketplaces. It really helps with pricing and quantities.
