Such a great tool to encourage team giving and volunteering. Easy setup and even easier navigation.

Our company have been using Selflessly for less than a year and we haven't encountered any issues so far

Selflessly helped our company keep track of employee donations and made company matching easy to process; it has also been an excellent platform for tracking our overall social impact

It took me just a few minutes to log in, upload my donation and write a note about it. I didn't think about it again (because it was so easy), which is exactly what I wanted.

I donated to a food bank and earmarked my donation directly to the food bank. The food bank is connected to a larger organization, which is what the nonprofit registration is under. On the Selflessly website, it shows that I made a donation to the larger organization, which isn't necessarily untrue, it doesn't tell the full story. I'd like to be able to choose the sub-org in the future.

We didn't have a matching gift program before at my company. Now we do and using Selflessly is easy. I ideally don't want to think about the platform that we use more than once per year, when I upload my gift to get the matching amount.

Really love how easy it is to log & track impact, including how it automatically sends the donations to the business for matching. One stop shop

Support is a little weird and sometimes slow, i.e. if an org isn't in the list

It's an easy way to interact with the business to log impact. I like that I don't have to go through multiple steps or systems & can easily see my own impact.

What I like best about Selflessly is the amount of charity.

From a back-end standpoint the platform is very easy to use and the customer service is incredible. They have been very responsive and timely any time I need help.

There are sometimes difficulties finding charities, but they have worked us through this. And, if there were a way to attribute donations when matched, our employees would like that functionality that does not currently exist.

We needed a platform that would allow for maximum flexibility for employees while minimizing the burden on our financial team. This platform does both of those with additional functionality for campaigns and tracking volunteerism.

I like that the platform is easy to navigate. Also, I do enjoy seeing the different causes and organizations that my co-workers support. It's great seeing our totals increase with our support.

Not much, I have found that not all my organizations are pre-loaded into Selflessly, so it requires me to add them to the list. There is a moment where you wonder how quickly it updates.

It provides an easy way to see how our donations support and add up, and it makes it easy to document what we are doing. It has made me more likely to support non-profits.

The folks at Selflessly are really responsive and so friendly. They strive to make the whole thing easy.

i wish there were automated ways to periodically remind my team they have matching funds available.

Being able to amplify our team's charitable giving in a seamless way allows us to support our team's favorite causes -- and thereby support our team members themselves. We consider Selflessly to be another benefit on our offering.

Making charitable matching easy!

Our organization has Selflessly integrated with its 'matching' program. This portal helps folks like us to (a) identify approved charity organizations without much back and forth; (b) have the whole donation match happen in the background seamlessly

The interface is simple yet effective. It gives a great snapshot of things I'd wanna know (my contributions for the year, favorite or preferred organizations etc).

I also had the opportunity to reach out to their support for a question, and was impressed by how prompt and helpful the rep was!

Less of a dislike, but more of an ask or request. It would be nice if there was a way for employees to request the addition of charity organizations to the website for approval from their respective company. It will truly make this an 'all in one' location for all things charity.
