"Very user friendly benefit admin system"
What do you like best about Selerix?

I really like how it walks the employees through there enrollment from start to finish. Honestly it is as near to fool proof as you can get. There will always be something but this as long as they keep clicking next it gets the job done well. Great user friendliness and the admin side is just as easy to use.

What do you dislike about Selerix?

Not much I can find at fault. Have been few glitches on occasion but the customer support corrected it quickly.

What problems is Selerix solving and how is that benefiting you?

Electronic enrollment and file feeds to carriers.

What do you like best about Selerix?

Very robust and can handle extensive health questions.

What do you dislike about Selerix?

The enrollment flow is not very fluid and very user friendly.

What problems is Selerix solving and how is that benefiting you?

Doing away with paper applications.

What do you like best about Selerix?

The system was easy to use and did not require much training for admin employees.

What do you dislike about Selerix?

The reporting for this system was not great at all. I had to call my account manager to assist with reports all the time. In addition, once data was pulled into a report the formatting was horrible. I had to constantly fix format data from the reports before I could use it. In the end, I moved to another platform

What do you like best about Selerix?

The functionality works well for the customer. It's intuitive.

What do you dislike about Selerix?

I don't understand why you create the employer in one system, then publish to the system for the employer to access. As an administrator, you can do most of the configuration it either system after the initial set-up.

When I see a portal sitting outside a system, I wonder if the vendor purchased the code and they do not have the expertise to update it, so they build around it. If yes, then the system will most likely have issues after updates and new functionality will be implemented with work-arounds. Make sure to research and talk to other customers!

Managing the employee benefit enrollment process... streamline and simplify. Saves employee time and reduces the need for paper.
