I like that it is very user friendly, and you can serach for most thing you are looking for. Weather its for Backflow, tekmar, PRV's Dormont etc. I like that the price lists are accessable on the site in case i need to send to a cusotmer of watts when needed.
Some info is not on seismic yet, only due to the pure amount of Watts info out there, it takes time to get everythnig loaded onto the site. Rome wasn't built in a day.
looking up watts info and finding what i need to help our customers out getting the write and most up to date info watts has on thier products. With either price lists, Videos on products and great selling tools.
We've had other data storage sites before that weren't intuitive, the search functions were poor, and you couldn't subscribe to updates. Seismic is intuitive, the search works well, and you can both subscribe to updates OR reach out to the author/uploader of the content to gather more backup.
If you do subscribe to content be prepared for many email updates! You can essentially get spammed any time someone adds or removes a document to the folder/page you saved.
I haven't had any problems with Seismic but I have found many marketing and product data sheets very quickly.

Finding the correct manual for repairing equipment onsite is my favorite thing with Seismic. By doing that, it saves me a lot of time because I considered Seismic a working tool.
A really good KM system with personal and shareble spaces. Using it with colleegues is simple. I still need to investigate on some functionnalities like Sales spaces. Wish we had this before.
Logicaly it is not automatically feed with all our documentation, hope MS Copilote will help to make something on that point.
Gathering all our global assets on one subject / one industry is far more easy now.
The workspace and the ability to share links to content to all. I also like the alarms so I can see changes/new updates to content.

The significant advantages of using Seismic in our daily work are immense. I like that it has information on all Rockwell products, whether commercial or technical. I can find all kinds of documents such as PowerPoint presentations, Flyers, Technical Notes, sales material and videos.
I don't particularly appreciate that there are documents to which I do not have access, but I understand that I must request technical support to modify my user profile. Fortunately, Rockwell has an excellent support service.
With Seismic, I have solved the problem of bringing material to my clients with updated and detailed information on automation products. I have also benefited from keeping the work material homogeneous with my colleagues. One more benefit has procedural videos and material for training in the STUDIO 5000 software. One more advantage is that we have informative material for the training of our sales force, in such a way that we keep them leaders in customer service.
