Ease of usage, transparency and quick service

Nothing much but ideally the UI could have been more catchy

It's solving the problem of collecting payments, it has become a one stop solution for me to collect payments from anyone for the services offered be the company and the fact that its security parameters helps us create more trust.

It converts check register into bank-readable format for fraud protections. Software is easy to set up, and it chooses the right template automatically.

It must be installed locally, and the computer it is on must be rebooted occasionally, or you are locked out from logging in.

Fraud protection is necessary. SecurePay makes it run smoothly, and they already had a format that "communicated" with our bank.

It is easy & gives step by step what is happening during payment

Sometimes this get stuck & often it doesn't show time out message

Helps to process the payments easily with safe and secure interface

Whenever I see that my payment is covered by SecurePay, I know that I can have peace of mind in the fact that my payment is private and protected. This is worth a lot in these times of cybersecurity breaches and identity theft.

I don't know of anything that I dislike about SecurePay..

I experience a degree of fear every single time I make a payment online. as I have been the victim of multiple money scams through the years. At least when I see that SecurePay is applied, I can breathe a sigh of relief for that particular transaction.

Very user friendly. When adding a check it will automatically go to the next check number. This is helpful to keep track.

Printing does not work on the reports. so I have to copy and paste the reports

We process under 10 manual checks per day and it is great for the small quantity.

We use this for our positive pay and it works great. We have not had any issues and it processes immediately. It will archive your files you transmit so it is easy to research history. You can export reports as well.
