Easy to use, not only from the aspect of creating/monitoring users but also in loading/managing documents throughout the platform. The platform made it very easy to track user metrics as well as to archive the contents of the data room.

The only downside that we noticed was that all documents uploaded received a watermark, which was good for visitors to the sight but not for maintaining original documents.

It is easily accessed by people worldwide and able to set up the room to allow flexibility for different groups to review data. Mineral exploration has a tremendous amount of data and SecureDocs, handles it with ease. We get different groups ranging from investors, lawyers, and engineering firms requiring access, and secure docs give us excellent control.

Can't think of anything we currently dislike.

It is the best site we have come across for handling the volume of documents securely.

Main use to allow access from anywhere to our large amount of data and documents for our exploration mining projects. Thousands of documents have been collected over 15 years and secure docs make it easy to have third parties access and organize all those documents. The flexibility offered allows for different audiences to securely access different sections of the database.

SecureDocs has made it so all of our files can be easily found by anyone who happens to be looking for what they need. We love that you can control who you share the documents with and for how long, it helps us manage those who have access to these documents.

Depending on the document size, it can sometimes take a while for the document to load and for us to be able to see what exactly it all contains. There are times when you have to scroll to get the pages to load.

SecureDocs Virtual Data Room is helping our business stay organized and keep everyone up to speed, regardless of where they may be working from! Our documents are labeled and sectioned making it so everyone can easily obtain what they need.

SecureDocs is the most easiest and convenient data storage room facility we have ever used. Tabs are self explanatory and it’s very easy to create and upload folders. User management, creating and assigning roles, granting of permission etc. are very clearly understandable for anyone. Above all price is affordable.

There are no negative points noticed yet. Price may be reduced a bit though.

The entire data related to the business can be stored safely and securely. Whatever required data to be shared with any partners, which cannot be shared through email or any other data sharing platforms, is possible through SecureDocs quickly.

It is a very easy-to-use, secure site that comes at a reasonable price. Even though the customer service team is located across the other side of the world, they're still very helpful and get back to me very quickly.

There isn't too much I dislike about Secure Docs. One thing i would improve would be the reporting - i would like this to be a bit more detailed however it serves its purpose for how i use it fine.

Working for a corporate company, it is very important to be able to share documents, securely and trust that it is secure. Secure Docs provides this with simple steps. I am able to teach even the most computer illiterate with ease which is a huge plus.

It does the job very good. It is easy to use and pricing is competitive.

The q and a section is a little underdeveloped but it works.

We used it for an extensive due dilligence.

It was very easy to start up a new Secure Virtual Data Room, also to add users, combine them into groups and upload documents, also setting up the special rights for each user. The new users invitation process is smooth and easy, plus a standard welcome email is prepared, which eases the process of explaining what is this all about. Using the Secure Virtual Data Room was also intuitive and hasle free.

The process of ending up the usage of Secure Virtual Data Room after for example three months. You cannot terminate the subscription yourself, you have to contact SecureDocs team which was not easy.

We needed a quick and secure place to put the documents and collaborate with the external parties in the Due Diligence process.

Speed, ability to manage users (balk upload) and roles, archiving and data room organizing, support, ability to brand the data room

Maybe add a desktop sync function (like Dropbox...)

Ease of use, Quick support and ease of initial setup

Not a big dislike but if the cost can be reviewed a bit lower, it would be great.

We are using the platform to share some sensitive data for fundraising between several stakeholders.

Easy to use, simple set up, intuitive UI. Was up and running in minutes.

The user/role/group features were well thought through. Compared to the data rooms used by our external counsel, it is both comparable in features and unbeatable in price. Counsel was in disbelief at the functionality; they did not want to use the product and insisted that it would not be sufficient. We proved them wrong :-).

The only request is for notifications when there are new uploads (vs frequency defined by time). That is it.

We were a group with a lot of experience with running transactions. Counsel offered us the use of their data room platform but it would take roughly 24 hours to be granted access; it was a Friday afternoon so we would not have had access till maybe Monday plus their platform didn't work well with Macs (and we were all on Macs) and so we would have had to upload files and then organize vs drag and drop.

Found SecureDocs - we went from zero to a completely organized data room with fully defined access roles before the weekend was through. It was exactly what we were hoping for.
