Some of our customizations don't allow us to use all of Searchspring's features but that's more on us than on them. They have a lot of great features, but reporting on banners & recommendations could be better

Searchspring helps us merchandise our pages. We don't have to sort by best-selling products or new arrivals. We can create rules that make sense for our site. Our search has improved 100%. Their developers matched our site theme and added new filtering features, not to mention how accurate the search results are now. The personalized on-site recommendations improve customer experience and conversion rate.

What I like the most is how communicative, responsive and friendly our rep is at Searchspring. Having that help and identifying opportunities helps me not miss a beat! This platform is very easy to use and helps me accomplish my merchandising goals! being able to schedule, move product around and create specific rules is incredibly helpful and impactful.

Not that I dislike the platform at all! Just can't wait to see how much more we will be able to do with updates and analytics. A few enhancements I'd like to see is more grid capabilities, enhanced custom landing page capabilities, and a little more insights for search and merching but overall it's incredibly awesome!

Helps us provide a much better shopping experience through customer journeys through product landing pages and search! Site search for us is huge and has helped idenitfy opportunities to help the consumer find what they are looking for as well as provide feedback to buyers and product team.

As an implementation consultant, Searchspring is one of my favorite applications to recommend. It is packed full of business tools focused on capturing user behaviors and putting them immediately to use. This allows for quick fixes with the ability to plan out long term strategy.

Nothing yet - every suggestion I have made to date has been thoughtfully implemented. Customer support and customer success teams are superb!

Searchspring has allows various teams to break down user search behaviors and turn them into opportunities in assisting users to find what they need with precision.

Searchspring has been a vast improvement over our previous search and filter provider. The search logic is such a time and worry saver - we no longer have to manually accounting for plurals or every possible typos! And whenever I have a question or issue, our customer success manager and the support team have been incredibly helpful.

The only things I dislike are the need to reach out to Searchspring whenever we want to pull in a new data field to our feed (however, whenever I make such a request they respond quickly so it isn't a big issue, just more of an annoyance) and the inability to set the collapsed/expanded filters at the collection or search level in merchandising campaigns.

With our large and diverse product offering, we have a lot of ground to cover when it comes to product keywords and search terms. Searchspring's intelligent search logic automatically accounts for the vast majority of the word stemming, spelling variations, and typos we were manually having to account for before. We've saved much time and energy from just that feature alone!

The ability to create custom merchandising plans.

Searchspring has really allowed us to take our on-site conversion optimisation to the next level. It's a platform that combines multiple functions which allows you to have a cleaner tech-stack. The team was amazing with their response times during the discovery and set up phase and I couldn't recommend them enough. If you're looking for a tool that will save you time, help with conversion, plus display the analytics you need to make better informed decisions for your business, I wouldn't look further.

No big downsides at all except that new clients should know that they will need to allocate adequate time to clean up their tagging systems internally to ensure they're utilising Searchspring to its full potential.

Searchspring has allowed us to optimise and save time merchandising our collections/products. We've always wanted to be able to A/B test the ordering of products and the platform has been great for that.

For the first time we have been able to see analytics on our filters + better insight into our search, which has allowed us to optimise the site based on how customers actually shop/discover products.

We cannot date-set assortment of the PLPs

Helps us use boost rules on PLPs we don't need to manually upkeep with merchandising.

Pretty intuitive, has good features and the reporting is easy to understand.

Some of the data/fields/values are a little messy seeming, although that may be more of an issue on our end rather than on the SS side.

Helping customers find the right products - equates to more conversions

Searchspring is a robust search and merchandising platform that allows our customers to find products quickly and effortlessly. Adding in personalization takes it to the next level. It works well enough out of the box so merchants can be up and running quickly. Once live, a merchant can invest as much or as little time in the management console. The more you fine-tune, the better the platform becomes. The level of support is the icing on the cake!

There isn't anything specific to dislike about Searchspring. Top of mind, there has been only one instance where SS could not apply desired functionality, but it was related to our implementation.

Searchspring's offerings help our brand deliver a personalized experience while also helping guide customers to find what they are looking for. Site Search is an essential feature on our site; we have found that many customers engage with search when they want to find a product on the site quickly. Personalization improves relevancy, puts product recommendations in front of customers and creates a unique shopping experience. Merchandising allows us to create custom landing pages and arrange or boost products we want customers to see. All of this combined increases cart size, conversions, and happier shoppers.
