Excellent & easy to use platform, possibility to integrate services and the openness of their team. The multidute of standards available to implement is also a big advantage.

The platform is very user-friendly, smart and helpful. It makes the SOC2 process to be more easy.

- The UX isn't perfect. Its requires fixes. For example: when scrolling through the list of tasks, when clicking on a task to read details and collapsing it throughs you to the top of the screen. Such small "irrelevant" bugs can cause some minor frustration :)

- More integration with SW tools, like CircleCI, etc.

They are organizing quite well the whole SOC2 preparation. I manage to organize my tasks and schedule them so that I can integrate my preparation into the SOC 2 process as part of the my day

The UI is really simple and useful, it simplifies the interactions and the complexity of the process.
