First of all, the ability to share via mobile is as helpful as any other feature. We use this application because other solutions try to be more than they need to be and that always complicates things. ScrumDesk keeps it simple and transparent, allowing team members to see the progress, goals, vision, etc., which is a tenant of a scrum. The Rcadesk is incredibly useful and a terrific tool in and of itself.

I very rarely say this, but there is very little to dislike with ScrumDesk. The ever-present specter of price per user is a concern, especially with multiple teams. Finding a couple features such as reports could be easier and it could use a little bust of speed.

Communication and transparency. The other options we used communication, sharing and transparency were not always intuitive and caused confusion and delays. Delays equal budget concerns.

I think the best part of scrumdesk is that I can systematize all my tasks in one workplace. I have never tried a tool like this. I was recommended to use a similar tool called miro but I see it as incomplete

What I don't like is the style of the interface, I still see it as somewhat rigid and not very pleasing to the eye. I get a little depressed during work meetings.

We are currently using the tool for scrum and agile methodologies. We like to keep track of the spring backlog with everything it requires for formal development. It has quite useful deep performance monitoring tools that we are gradually getting to know.
