A number of my textbooks were stolen from our P.O. parcel box just days before I needed them for grad school. The book I needed most was backordered and could be found nowhere... except on Sribd. I began a 30 day free trial and began reading immediately. The platform was a life saver.

I found a double charge for 3 months on my bank statement. Within 48 hours they helped me identify the accounts, discovered them to be fraudulent, closed the accounts and had all my money back in my account. Thanks team!

I am in love with this app! It is not for everyone, though... I mean, we can't all be Spiderman ["with great power comes great responsibilty"]. So, before anybody goes and hates on the only outlet I have to learn, laugh and feel connected with this everchanging world that's becoming an evolving disappointment, please realize that just because we can't all be Spiderman doesn't mean that we don't need one, either.

Scribd is the most complete provider of anything: Audiobooks, Books, Podcasts, Documents... I am signed up for forever now and wouldn't want to be without it. Best app in my opinion - there is also no maximal usage or anything as is with other providers.

Irrespective of what other reviews state about the platform itself, I wanted a refund on my order.

Their automated support bot had the money in my account within 2 minutes of me clicking 'Get Support' on their page, and there was no request for justification.

I play keyboard and find this site excellent for playing music on my tablet from your huge range of sheet music and music books. Don't need to buy a music book again expecially when I have to buy a whole book for one piece of music I want. Well pleased with this app pages turn quick which is great when playing and you can save all the books you look at.

I don't understand the bad reviews.... this is appalling! I used Scribd for the past 4years, with no issue. Compared with other services out there .....you can't have things for free, and nowadays all online content is asking for payment details, so please stop being a complete exaggeration when it comes to online payment - if you don't want your payment details out there - then go to a bookstore and purchase the hardcover for Christ sake. So my experience was: amazing, amazing customer service! Thank you, Alfie! Just to summarise and to prove that they are not a fraud as you guys keep on label everything and anyone .... Had an issue with an annual sub because a mistake - I wanted a monthly sub- everything was dealt within a timely manner and with professionalism. Refunded and Resubscribed. Grow up people! Nowadays, everything is a lawsuit ...everyone wants easy money... No one owes you anything, you are not entitled! And by the way the name is Scribd not Audible, if you guys need audiobooks so bad - there is an app with that exact name... you can always change- don't have to moan so much. This is a service and you have to pay for it, easy as that. You don't like it? move along. You're doing an amazing job, Scribd! Keep up the good work. Happy customer

I like supporting local business. I know they are growing and will keep getting more titles. Good value for the price .

Great audiobooks, with great narrators, app working great, didn't use it for much else.
