Scribble Maps customer service is like having Alexa, Siri and an easy button st your desk at all timesI have a direct contact who works with me to ensure the best workflow and to any questions- such a small town feel! If there isn't an easy button solution- they have developers working on it for you!

The downside is also a plus- it is internet based so if your internet is down- you think you are out but you can work offline and upload when you are back up- and since it is internet based, you can share work in live time with a support team to help!

Every suggestion I have, they seem eager to hear! Love the growth mindset!

I can highlight areas, buildings, etc and measure for jobs that may be out of town, or even out of state.

Honestly, can't think of anything. Maybe the lines being easier to manipulate on an outline? That would be it, but it is great as it is.

Gives us the ability to mark areas on maps that may be hard to find for our subcontractors. Some of our work areas are not necessarily a designated address, rather it is an area.

There are so many useful ways to use Scribble Maps, it is genuinely difficult to pick one. You could use it to map out the political landscape of certain areas, you could use it to draw entho-linguistic boundaries, you could use it to map out your favorite destinations, you could record your travels and show it to someone else, the possibilities are endless.

The only downside I can think of is extremely minor and doesn't apply to most people. The only downside is that is you make a lot of changes, it takes a minute to save. However, I don't have an issue with it. It always saves my progress accurately, even if I must wait, and this is only an issue for those who make many changes.

I wanted to better understand the world around me, and this is easily the best way to record information you learn. You could use text bubbles to type in data you have found about a drawn area. You could type the names of places you must remember. You could draw river and routes that you must memorize.

Scribble Maps has been one of the best things to happen to us, both as a company & a customer.

Started using Scribble Maps back in Jan 2020 & still using/growing stronger than ever!

Their 13+ years of Customer Feedback & Implementations make their services one of the best & most unique.

Not to mention it's pretty well-rounded/versatile & helps me produce some of the crispest/freshest maps we could ask for.

Various tools are readily available, from importing raw data, creating/managing polygons, heatmaps, parcel data, geocoding & filtering data to visualizing overall sales/production & quickly generate team rotations for specific counties/cities we service.

Additionally we purchased a "pro-basic seat" for our CC Manager & I to develop/maintain a custom map based on various data, for all of our coworkers to use. Ability to share a "viewable custom map" with a search feature & ability for "viewers" to hide/unhide various polygons is ultimately huge. This streamlines things for them & our calendars so much more!

Their Customer Support honestly has been top-notch from the beginning, esp. for being of a somewhat smaller yet upcoming company in a big way. They've always been patient, receptive, think outside the box & always happy to help.

Pro's:

- Simple U.I. & easy to learn.

- Search feature for addresses, zip codes, cities etc. is tool I use almost daily & very convenient, especially on short notice for essential needs.

- Pro-Basic plan is very useful, esp. when producing a simple, crisp & clean map image once you've adjusted/learned how to manipulate zoom levels to your favor.

- Lots of customability & ever changing/upgrading software services. Whether via smaller to big features, visuals or even using some of the custom AI.

Hands down this is one of the best software any business can highly benefit from. Thank you Scribble!

The most significant challenge/con I face from time to time is the legibility of the street names post creating/saving a map. (highly dependent on map size & your zoom level).

You almost have to "zoom-out" 1 level prior to "saving map image" to Zoom-in more when using "windows photo viewer" to crop the image (zoom in around borders of maps/polygon created).

I only do this to open these maps in Paint 3D & manually label every street within said maps we create to improve production.

Ability to create very detailed/clean-looking maps for our Order Generators.

Ranging from sales, counties/cities & zip codes (esp.

Regarding "city limits" & where "canvasser permits" are required. Multiple options to customize how your maps/layers appear.

From Satellite to Hybrid, Road, Terrain, World, and Education + Traffic, "views" are the tip of the iceberg for map customization.

Additionally a "shared" custom map that our coworkers can use to streamline locating logistics via "search address" feature.

There is some limitations in cliparts other than that I didn't noticed nothing in Scribble maps

For a real estate company I went for a scribble maps, it gave a wonderful output, it attracts more customers than previous and got lot of good comments for that map
