The platform is still in its early stages, so some stuff still requires more human intervention than I’d like. The biggest hurdle is that capturing the initial workflows is a pretty heavy lift, but their team helps a lot with this.

Needs more collaborative tools to let champions help design / edit / add to the storyline, so it's more likely to resonate with everyone on the buying team too.

We started out wanting to produce an explainer video, but when I saw this solution I instantly knew that Screenspace is the way to go.
Essentially, I see this as a self-serve demo where the prospect feels they are in control of the conversation. It's a phenomenal way to educate your visitors and prospects on how different features correlate to various benefits, all while collecting data on the user. This tool is great for both website conversions, success managers, and SDR teams.
The design is sleek and engaging.
The solution is very easy to set up and understand. What is a bit more difficult is developing the storylines for the user flow (not part of the solution but a task that has to get done, nevertheless). Fortunately, the Success team is incredible (I can not overstate how much talent we got as part of the package), and provided immense value at the concept/strategy stage.
