It's hard to pinpoint a specific issue with using Screenloop. It pays for itself in the time savings alone (not even counting the improved candidate experience it generates).
We did initially ask the team to add more integrations, and they built them very quickly. We're now able to seamlessly connect Screenloop to other parts of our hiring stack, which helps to reduce manual work.

The interview intelligence tool is what we now use exclusively on every job posting we have. The candidate pulse is also a metric we use in our monthly business reviews.
The hiring journey can often be drawn out, largely due to high-level executives or founders needing to give the final nod. However, fitting these additional interviews into their busy schedules becomes a challenge and adversely impacts the candidate experience, as candidates often have to accommodate these interviews within their own full-time commitments. Any issues have been acknowledged immediately and the team's communication, updates and speed to resolve is so impressive. They genuinely care about your experience and go above and beyond to resolve things.
As we've been a customer for a while, everything we have disliked about Screenloop has been resolved. This is due to the team's openness to receive constructive feedback and genuine desire improve. The constant development of the product means it is getting more user friendly and more efficient over time. The team actively listen, genuinely care and do everything they can to resolve things in a timely manner. When there are rare bugs or hiccups, the team are always on hand to provide support.
Reducing the affects of bias, increasing confidence in decision making, improving efficiency with interviewing and candidate experience. Reviewing and scoring interviews takes significantly less time using Screenloop thanks to the numerous features and ease of use.

Screenloop is truly revolutionizing the candidate experience survey world. We've been using it for a few months now, giving us the most insight we have ever had into our candidate's experiences in our hiring process. Temperature checks at multiple stages allow us to see where the cracks form and how to nip them in the bud before they worsen. Further, the dashboards allow us to visualize the data at a new level. This is genuinely a game-changer for my team.

I've been using Screenloop for a few months now. It's been a great experience, and I would highly recommend Screenloop to anyone looking for a great hiring tool.
The analytics and reporting features are particularly helpful. I can easily see how each candidate is performing throughout the interview process, and I can use this information to make better informed (and faster) decisions about who to hire.
I feel like Screenloop is the missing piece of the hiring process. I've always thought that Hiring was one of these spaces where it was hard to truly make data-driven decisions and using Screenloop is the first time I've felt truly confident in our ability to do so and I believe Screenloop has been and will continue to be instrumental in building our dream team.
