.I really like that i can manage multiple screens all over our company from a single dashboard, the scheduling is perfect

I do not like the PowerBI integration, it is very very very slow to show up, I better take a picture and upload

What do you like best about ScreenCloud Digital Signage?

ScreenCloud is very easy to use and works with our programs. I can also add fun things like sports scores, News clips, and traffic alerts.

What do you dislike about ScreenCloud Digital Signage?

I have not found anything I dont like yet

Getting monthly updates out to everyone in the office, including fun facts like birthdays, anniversaries, when happy hour is and new hires.

What do you like best about ScreenCloud Digital Signage?

Clean interface and is extremely intuitive.

What do you dislike about ScreenCloud Digital Signage?

With 3-4 years of using ScreenCloud under our belts, we are quite pleased with the package. The one thing I would suggest is maybe more frequent updates to feature sets and looking for ways to incorporate new features.

ScreenCloud provides us with the ability to easily navigate the digital signage world, implementing it into a secured campus network, allowing the control to establish groups (and in turn), specific rights to many users. It presents itself with a clean and easy to use interface.

I would love an option to book meeting rooms, one of the competitors has this option but it isn't a deal breaker.

Great easy to use Digital Signage for anyone.

What do you like best about ScreenCloud Digital Signage?

It is ease of use. We use it in our environment and any person in any role can pick it up with little to no assistance. The ScreenCloud university also makes it easy for someone to learn how to use the software. They also have a range of devices to use for the app. Implementation is also very straight forward with their own ScreenOS hardware that only requires a network connection and a display.

What do you dislike about ScreenCloud Digital Signage?

While ScreenCloud is very robust, you can get lost in the settings sometimes and you may take a moment or two to find exactly what you are looking for.

What problems is ScreenCloud Digital Signage solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ease of use for digital signage so anyone can show content on the screen and not have to be in marketing.

Is easy to use, implement and does not require a lot of computer knowledge. It has a lot of features you can combine with other apps to show more content.

Sometimes a bug affects the app and it reports the devices false offline

Adding and removing content is quick and easy. The availability feature makes scheduling and removing content a breeze.

Once learned, ScreenCloud is easy to apply. The procedures for entering timed events is simple and straight-forward.

If you have never scheduled events on a software product, it can seem an ominous undertaking. -- But there are on-line training videos that will help you learn how to use the variety of tools.
