Ease of use. It doesn't get much faster than Scratchpad
Working on getting tasks created quicker.
Want to save time updating SFDC? Then use Scratchpad.
Saving time on weekly updates and much better visibility across opportunities.
Being able to link notes to Salesforce from Scratchpad saves me so much time. No longer do I need to spend 5 minutes copying and pasting my notes from Apple notes Appt to Salesforce. Love that link feature as well as the template feature. Overall the platform is extremely intuitive and easy to use. Being able to update my opportunities from the same screen is also delightful. I spend a ton of time updating accounts so Scratchpad makes this process way easier! Also love the nature-inspired screen savers and name customization. Being able to add filters to my pipeline to calculate comp is also super impactful. I used to work soley out of Salesforce and since I've been with my new company I almost exclusively work out of Scratchpad. Thanks for all that you do at ScratchPad!
I dislike that there is no easy "undo" feature like on Google docs. Or perhaps I haven't located it yet. Sometimes I accidentally delete text and it would be convenient to have an undo or back button.
Keeps me organized and saves me time when updating opportunities, used as a template to save notes from all of my prospects. I also calculate my pipeline totals with the calculator feature on Pipeline view.
Scratchpad has completely redefined how I work with salesforce and my pipeline. As a team leader, it gives me a focused view that is incredibly easy to collaborate around. I now feel like I have a complete picture of our pipeline and how we're doing as a team.
Nothing in particular. I'm not a crazy user of tasks since that exists in other products. The only thing I've found limiting is maybe the number of tables based on our plan. That said, it's definitely worth paying for an upgrade!
Using Scratchpad has helped my team become more collaborative around deals. Instead of just looking at opportunities on a dashboard, we can easily track our next actions, what we're waiting on, and what we need to do as a team to bring the deal across the line. Additionally, the sales team updates the CRM more regularly because it's so simple.
I've been an Account Executive for over 9 years and Scratchpad has been a go-to tool for me for 7 of those years. What started as just an easy method of updating Salesforce grew into a complete pipeline management solution, prospecting tool and forecasting dashboard.
If you're half as impatient as I am, you've likely had a meltdown after writing pages of notes into Salesforce fields, only to have that little red error popup, and make you do it all over again. Scratchpad is a game changer.
The free plan is a little bit limiting based on how I like to use the tool, but it's worth every penny.
Mass pipeline updates now take a matter of minutes, instead of hours. Prospecting into accounts and leads in SFDC is easy. Having pipeline management, account tiering, salesforce reporting in an easy to use UI.
It helps me to manage my pipe efficiently, it ensures that my SFDC accounts are continuously updated, and my opportunities have clean notes that I can refer back to, which helps me to stay connected, aligned and to move my deals forward to the finish line.
I can't think of a single thing that I dislike, the team is so responsive to feedback and suggestions via the Wish feature that is embedded into the platform!
Get it as fast as you can!
The problem I am solving with Scratchpad is having account and opportunity notes in siloed places, relieving the burden of admin work so that I can focus on selling whilst simultaneously keeping SFDC updated and clean.
It organizes my contacts and compaigns in a better way
There is a large amount of duplicate fields so I need to go through and remove the duplicates
Scratchpad helps me to see all of my contacts and campaign members in a more orangized way to help me to update them quicker.
Scratchpad gives me a super easy-to-use interface with my sales data which I can customise and filter how I like. Its so much quicker to make edits to my sales forecast when using scratchpad that I barely ever need to open Salesforce. It also gives a much more intuitive view of my pipeline which I can build in minutes.
Not every function is built into scratchpad yet so its not a complete replacement for salesforce. That being said, it certainly delivers on most of my Day2Day activities.
Salesforce takes so much time to navigate and make edits to my forecast that is barely usable. Scratchpad makes this much faster and therefore my pipeline hygiene is much better.
Creating my own views in my other forecast tools which filter to a specific set of opportunities, is either very difficult or not possible. Scratchpad, I can use filters and select columns to build the view I want, then I simply edit the data there and then.
Scratchpad makes it easy to quickly view access and update information so you can focus on your clients instead of updating slow systems.
Some features like the notes require a paid subscription so I still have to go into Salesforce to add notes to an account.
Do it! It's worth it for the time savings and not having to spend so much time dealing with slow sales CRMs.
Saving so much time and making it so easy and visual to look at your pipeline and understand where you need to prioritize your time. This means I can focus on larger deals easily instead of sifting through information to find them.
I've been using Scratchpad for 12 months now, I really love this product as it gives me full visibility of all my open opportunities, which is great for meetings I have with management. It is very easy to use, and this tool makes it simple to update all my live opportunities on one page.
To be honest there's nothing thing that comes to mind here, I guess I'd like to use more of the tool to be able to give deep feedback here.
Pipeline coverage, I really like that it makes it easy to understand you position at a simple glance

I love being able to update all deal categories from one page. I can update an opps $ amount, date, next steps, and stage in seconds, then move to the next one.
To be honest, I have yet to really find anything I dislike, other than wishing that all of Salesforce was as easy to use as Scratchpad.
In SF, if I run a report of "This Month's Opps", in that report I cannot edit opp information. I have to go into each one. In SP, I can view, and edit all opps at the same time, one one screen.
