Scopito is helping us with our drone imagery post-processing. As a utility based in Texas, we use Scopito to organize and analyze drone imagery that we collect of our electric infrastructure. They have also recommended some drone service providers since we have a lot of assets (over 265 miles of transmission line and almost 10,000 miles of distribution). They are working with us to scale up our drone operations and have provided helpful suggestions for this.

I don't like the automatic renewal of subscriptions. I would prefer this to be switched off and I can choose if my client requires access or copies.

Scopito allows me to give a clear presentation of the state of the buildings also the condition and recommendations for repairs.

I like how annotations can be highlighted close up for the client to see the defects in more detail.

I dislike the size of the final PDF report, however this is easily rectified with additional software.

We carry out aerial roof surveys, so for our clients, it is a cost-effective way for them to ascertain the condition of their roof.

I've been using Scopito, since the beginning, and Scopito leadership, is very good at listening to client needs, and therefore the things i dislike, i go to leadership with, and it gets fixed.

Handling the large amount of pictures, that comes from doing droneinspections, is one of the best things. -But the overview of where the annotations are in the real world, is where the real value lies.

When it comes to online site inspection tools, it really comes down to two things: 1) Ease of use, and 2) cost per site. Scopito nailed both of these. The UX is fresh and easy to understand, they have great support to get you onboarded, and their pricing makes the whole deal pretty hard to beat.

There's nothing to dislike. I'm just curious what Scopito has in store as far as new automation tools.

Scopito gives a precise aerial inspection to analyze the environment, and sharing the analyzed data with the client is more accessible as it stores all the information in the cloud. Analyzing images with virtually no distortion and organizing data to inspections, and sharing inspection analyzes directly with the client is easy.

I haven't come across any issue; I would suggest improving the display of images in PDF.
