The most helpful thing was that the community was open for anyone to join. And t can be used by corporations and organizations as their Training Academy!

The thing to dislike about this app was that its interface was not that appealing to the users and therefore the screen time to use this application was automatically less unlike other apps

Schoox is solving the problem of effective community building and bringing together various corporations and organizations together with its help!

Schoox is a user-friendly interface that allows you to work easily in the system, whether you are using a laptop or mobile phone. From an administrative standpoint, the ability to create hierarchies to disseminate information to a large group of users or to a specific group of users provides flexibility that any company can use.

The system does not provide consistent capabilities across the platform.

For example, an option to select all or select specific courses or deselect if "all" is selected within the report builder would be nice to have in the training assignment segment when selecting hierarchical options.

For example, when selecting a city, I have to select the cities I want to assign manually or select "all", but I don't have the option to deselect when I select "all" to eliminate cities from the list.

Schoox allows our company to provide consistent training across multiple states to thousands of employees. Schoox delivers the ability to track and steer employees to completion but also to provide a career pathways for growth.

It is intuitive with a user-friendly interface. It allows an organization to leverage basic LMS functions with room to expand on advanced capabilities based on the company's needs.

From an administrative point of view, it has the functionality to build efficiencies to everyday administrative tasks and the flexibility to support a growing organization.

Currently, courses from the Schoox marketplace cannot be part of an auto-assignment rule. One would need to use a work-around and place said external course into a curriculum in order to leverage auto-assignment. This impacts reporting, the onboarding module, due dates, etc.

While the work-around is available, having the ability to auto-assign an external course natively would allow for less confusion for the end user and administrator especially if it's a course that they promote in their marketplace.

Deploying and tracking training across multiple states and thousands of employees.

Ease of use with the platform, it is very easy to navigate for our users and parks. I also like that the support team responds to my emails quickly.

The downside that I am currently experiencing is response time with an integration request from the development team. I put in a request weeks ago and no calls or follow up have been scheduled. This is delaying the process for un internally.

Consistent training and reaching our hourly team members with training. In the past, we relied on paper and managers to disseminate information. Now we have a direct line to hourlies, and I can update training in real-time.

The most important thing to us here is how easy it is to teach someone to use SchooX. Our users are typically not very computer savvy but SchooX makes it easy, even for them!

I know this is a cliche answer, but at this time, I have no negative things to say about SchooX. They answer our questions in a prompt, professional manner. They have even implemented some of our ideas into the system, which just goes above and beyond what we expect from a provider.

Schoox solved our issues with online learning and being an online library for all our training materials. Before SchooX, we were utilizing a website and a different LMS system. SchooX has allowed us to cleanly put everything in one location that is easy for users to access.

What i liked best was ease of use (user friendly) and also how quickly you can look at course completion.

Sometimes you don't have visibility to all of your subordinates, but could be a syncing issue.

Great program that i recommend.

It is solving employee compliance and also in training new crewmembers.

Easy to create training lectures, very easy to create exams, you can add any type of materials like Docs, videos, etc..

I like the feature of mark the training as public or private

I like that I can assign courses easily and the best is that I can follow their progress

I don't like that it has no video editing tools, I hope if they can integrate with Powtoon or any other video editing tools

I recommend Scoox to any company that cares about knowledge transfers and need to ensure sufficient knowledge is provided to the new employees.

We created our training academy, so we solved the problem of no knowledge transfers, and we are able now to assign specific courses to specific roles, so once any new employee is hired, we can assign him/her to the appropriate set of courses within a specific category.
