Its extremely easy document management software for students belonging to colleges and universities. A very efficient way to manage docs like journals, papers where students can easily access those any time

The UI is better but has huge scope for improvement. This can be improved as new students can't really get hold off easily and needs some help. The software should have clear instructions for that.

Do consider this solution whoever is looking for small document management fot their students.

Documents can be easily stored and accessed and this software is extremely valuable solutions for university students. All assignments and administrative papers can be accessed through the portal with much ease and also can upload important docs.

The best part of schooldocs is that it maintains complete student's profile in one place. It sends updates to parents thereby helping them to track their child's progress

I feel adding files or making edits is not that easy. Not every parent gets it quick. This can be improved.

Documenting individual student's files have become easy now. Rather than going through a heap of physical files, and documents, it became easy to look online for the same

I like that I don't have to sit and write down everything that has to be on the Health Records for your child especially if that have a ton of allergies.

There isn't anything that I don't like about it.

Just think of it as being that we are currently in a pandemic and if you have a child that is physically attending school you don't have to leave home and go to the school just to change your child's doctor or make any changes to their health records, you can just pull up the school docs and change whatever needs to be changed.

It's solving problems for those whose handwriting is not legible for people to ready. I realized that it doesn't take much for it to be changed if you make a mistake or if you misspell a word.

SchoolDocs has been very stable and continues to be so during the numerous upgrades we take for other systems to which it integrates. The integration between it and our main student information system is solid. We can't recall the last time we had an issue with it. It just does what it was designed to do - allow our users to upload digital versions of documents and update our system with those on file statuses.

The user interface has remained the same over our time with SchoolDocs. We feel like the interface could use a facelift and provide some additional user friendliness. We would also like to be able to launch filed documents from our integrated SIS. Currently, SchoolDocs only updates our SIS with a document status.

We've been able to reduce paper and printing by a huge amount. We're saving on space and file cabinet needs. Information and files are just a few clicks away. This is especially true with how many of use have shifted to remote working situations.
