I love the dedicated attention we get from SchoolDoc. I appreciate how my inquiries are posted so that any member of their team and pick it up and reply to.

I WISH I had the capability to add on extra courses or amend them myself as we're always tweaking things on our side rather than going back and forth with a spreadsheet for SchoolDoc to mass bulk upload. Because our platform deals with multiple entry times on a daily basis, we'd love our registration platform to list those classes order of time.

SchoolDoc has been an excellent program for our school registration and student health tracking needs. It is easy to use and easy to navigate.

SchoolDoc helps us have a place for our teachers to look up important information on their students.

What I like best about SchoolDoc is that I can access it from anywhere. If I need to access a record on the go, it's very easy, and the data remains secure.

I would like a way to turn off reminders for individuals.

A great platform that is user-friendly and centralizes your data in an easily accessible way.

We are able to centralize our student medical and demographic data as well as have students e-sign required forms. The benefit is that this can be done in one place.

What I love about SchoolDoc:

*all back to school paperwork is now paperless

*we save tons of time tracking completion of paperwork because it is done automatically

*we can quickly and easily find important details about a student in just a couple clicks rather than sorting through tons of forms

*Send Message feature serves as a backup communication system when our primary mode is down

*ability to tag students to build various groups/lists to share out to appropriate teachers/staff

I wish there was a way to Search by Teacher Name and Search by Parent Name.

I know there is a way to filter down to the class level with the way we have the students tagged, but I do wish from the main page that I could just type in a teacher name at the top, and it would automatically filter down to the class level.

Also, adding a Search for Parent would make it easier to identify which student the parent is connected to in those times that an email or message comes through with very little info or when parents come in to sign their child out, etc.

It would also be amazing if this program could sync up with a couple of our other platforms (ClassLink and Bloomz).

SchoolDoc has been a huge timesaver for us and I highly recommend it. Their pricing structure has changed recently, so just beware of that. All in all, if you have the budget for it, you won't regret the purchase!

I listed several benefits and solutions in my response to the first question! We have drastically reduced the amount of paper we are using. SchoolDoc saves us so much time at Back to School season because it eliminates the need to make copies of back to school paperwork to send home. It tracks the form completion and sends reminders to parents for us. It sorts the paperwork for us. It actually gives us the ability to collect the information before the students even arrive on campus because it is sent via email. So we are able to have all student information accessible from the first day of school. It used to take at least a week to get everything organized. SchoolDoc has really helped us tremendously at the beginning of the year.

I find Check-In mode and customization/templates for notes beneficial and efficient.

The List Builder and creating custom reports is not intuitive to me personally, and I wish this were easier to use.

I would have liked to have more in service training available upon start up and moving forward as changes occur.

Take advantage of Help functions as you learn how to use the software. Reach out for support as needed.

Our Tech Dept handles the more complex issues with problems as they come up. Centralized usage for our medical staff has been a considerable benefit.

So practical for schools , save them the time to build their own systems.

There is too many fields, which can be a helpful but sometimes takes longer
