What do you like best about Schedulicity?

It is a tool that makes it easy for customers to make reservations during interrupted hours from your website or social networks, through schedulicity we can add and improve our business system and customize our business for better performance and quality for potential customers.

What do you dislike about Schedulicity?

It is a system that works actively and is easy to use, we have not found any inconvenience or features that make the service difficult, therefore we have found it to be an effective tool that helps us take our business or company to the next level.

We recommend the service as it is used by service and teaching companies that operate their business through an appointment book, it can be implemented from your website to your mobile application, we can amplify a marketing system for our business, we can add services or classes, customize settings and availability, import client list or let schedulicity do it for us.

What problems is Schedulicity solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is a platform that allows us to keep track of schedules in our company, it offers us various built-in tools to boost our business from one place, with an automated system that manages and schedules appointments, and makes seamless payments, email marketing, and reminders for customers.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Schedulicity makes life easy for clients. No need to call and inquire for available slots. All they need to do is book online and they’ll receive a notification confirming if the said appointment will push through or not.

One of the best tools that compliment our business.

PROS: The product provides real value for money because it works well in setting up appointments without any hitch. It gives you less stress in managing your schedule.

CONS: I’ve got no issues when it comes to the product itself because it works really well. However, I tried calling customer support several times and I don’t like the way the staff deals with clients. They lack empathy, enthusiasm, and eagerness to help.

I love using Schedulicity, and I won’t trade it for anything else.

PROS: The program itself is so uncomplicated to use. There is no need for tutorials or special lessons to figure out how to schedule clients. Everyone in the office loves the app, and the same things go for our clients.

CONS: It would be nice if they could promote Schedulicity in a bigger market. So that more clients and business owners would be aware of its functionality and benefits.

Learning my way around the system is not that difficult at all. Schedulicity allows me to book customer appointments ahead of time allowing me to sell more items and meet my quota.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The user interface of the program is somehow outdated in terms of design. It’s something that they can improve any time soon.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I can easily book appointments way ahead of time because I make it a point to only cater to one client at a time so I can give them my full attention.

I’ve been booking more clients ever since I started subscribing to Schedulicity.

PROS: A lot of clients prefer using this platform because of the ease of doing online transactions rather than doing walk-ins. At least the staff is aware of who comes in on a certain time.

CONS: Minimal system glitches such as double booking of appointments. But we can make changes right away so there’s really nothing much to worry about. Also, the system would ask for an email address so that the customer can receive a confirmation SMS which some people don’t feel comfortable sharing.

Amazing customer support and program for scheduling!

PROS: This scheduling program and their team offer an amazing service. I have several accounts and they give excellent support. We are planning to use it for our entire organization, as it's that good!

CONS: They are working on more customized templates, but their customer support team finds a way to please whenever there is a need.
