What do you like best about OnceHub?

Integrations with different platforms are the best

What do you dislike about OnceHub?

You cannot go back to the earlier page easily, it lands you to the dashboard if you return

What problems is OnceHub solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is benefiting the company with the reminder emails and texts, integration with Infusionsoft, Zapier and Zoom.

What do you like best about OnceHub?

I love how accomodating it is to my needs. I can rely on an appointments that have been booked with me to know that it was all done right and I can really just focus on my job.

What do you dislike about OnceHub?

I don't have much bad to say about it. I usually never have issues with time zones or bookings going wrong.

What problems is OnceHub solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's solving me having incoming appointments for people to call each day. It allows me to make money and talk to people that I know are really interested.

Super easy to use. Learned my way around with minimal help.

So far, I have not had any issues with OnceHub.

I can easily get the link to our potential customers and have them schedule video demos, all while receiving vital information like email address, phone number and business name.

What do you like best about OnceHub?

OnceHub has gotten rid of many calls and emails going back and forth trying to schedule an appointment. Send a link, and allow clients to access your calendar and schedule on their time.

What do you dislike about OnceHub?

The setup process can be complicated if you have multiple appointment types and lengths.

What problems is OnceHub solving and how is that benefiting you?

OnceHub has eliminated the back and forth of appointment scheduling and is saving us hours each month.

What do you like best?

Easy to use meeting scheduler . All you have to do is share the link and clients can schedule a meeting with you based on mutual availability!

What do you dislike?

Not so user friendly if you have to make changes to your work hours in the tool if you are on a rotational shift!

What do you like best?

Minimalistic settings and great interface on how to use meeting link ! All you have to do is share the link with clients and integrates really well with Google Calendar and zoom!

What do you dislike?

Honestly haven't had any issues yet. One thing that I could think of is better control to change your work hours especially if you have rotational shifts!

Easy approach to have your client book meeting based on your availability.

What do you like best?

We used ScheduleOnce for scheduling meetings and checking. It is easy to use and configure for users, as well as intuitive. After setting up, there is a URL that we could share with customers. Feedback is excellent with a systematic set of follow-up reminders, instructions, and follow-up actions after the meeting ends.

What do you dislike?

During the use ScheduleOnce for us, we have not identified minuses.

I can recommend it software for another companies, ScheduleOnce performs its tasks well!

What do you like best?

Love the tool for what it is. No more dealing with individual appointments. Connect your calendar to the system and then your availability is able to be edited by you, and appointments can be made by everyone else. It's great.

What do you dislike?

Setting things up on the back end can be tricky. You'll need an advisor to help you get it all up and running.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you have large-scale appointments that need to be made, use this system. Back end work is a little confusing, but the staff-side of things works great!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

So much time and energy is wasted during scheduling...then rescheduling, etc etc. Less frustration on all ends!

Nothing. The set up video process was easy to follow, the format is easily understood and it’s compatible with google chrome & safari
