What do you like best about Schedulefly?

The ease of use with the program, user friendly, and not complicated just for the sake of it.

What do you dislike about Schedulefly?

The options to request off could be simplified. So employees and the admin doesn't have to approve 3-day parts per shift. One day approved would be enough.

Try the free trial! Great way to see all the quality of this program.

What problems is Schedulefly solving and how is that benefiting you?

I run a small business and the affordability of programs like schedulefly is a lifesaver. I can offer my employees a professional experience, no spreadsheet schedule on a corkboard and we have an easy way to communicate with each other through the program as an added bonus!

What do you like best about Schedulefly?

I like how user friendly it is. When my manager is making schedules, s/he is able to see how many hours everyone is working that week, as well as who is and is not able to work. Love it!

What do you dislike about Schedulefly?

There's not really anything in particular that I do not like about it.

What problems is Schedulefly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Seeing who is working the same time as me. This helps with necessary communication like if someone has to take off quickly for an emergency or needs something for their shift tonight.

I can check my schedule anytime and I can pick up shifts that other people can’t work!

I don’t like that I can’t invite people to take my shift one on one and leave it open to anyone at the same time.

What do you like best about Schedulefly?

Schedulefly is incredibly user friendly and readable. For employees, looking at personal, daily, and weekly schedules is a breeze and for managers, creating and editing schedules is incredibly quick and easy. Employees can enter in their availability to work based upon their own schedules, and managers are automatically able to see who is available during each shift based on people's availability requests.

What do you dislike about Schedulefly?

Honestly there's nothing I don't love about schedulefly; its the perfect scheduling system. I guess if there were anything I would improve, I would add in some additional projecting capabilities for sales and labor percentages, but those are very minor to me and don't really impact my view on the system.

Recommendations to others considering Schedulefly:

I highly recommend Schedulefly to anyone running an availability-based or shift-based business. The ease of use is unparalleled and both employees and management love it.

What problems is Schedulefly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Scheduling is made a breeze with Schedulefly. Managers can easily create and edit schedules, and both management and employees can easily view weekly schedules for the whole staff or a personalized schedule for the week. Employees can easily give up and pick up shifts, enter their availability for scheduling, and access contact information for other employees.

What do you like best about Schedulefly?

The best thing about Schedulefly is that it is very user friendly. People are able to enter their availability and you can easily generate a weekly schedule and accommodate people's requests for time off. I also like that people can choose to "give up" their shift and have others pick up their shift. The giving up and picking up of shifts are recorded so that people are held accountable vs. 'well, he said he would work for me' and having no one show up for work.

What do you dislike about Schedulefly?

There really isn't anything to dislike about it. I've only had positive experiences with it.

If you are looking for a tool to schedule employees, this will fit your needs. There are many pros to schedulefly such as ease of use by the administrator and employees, the ability to easily share weekly schedules with everyone, employees ability to update their availability and time off requests, and to easily accommodate for any last minute scheduling needs by employees. It's great if you have employees that are always hoping to pick up extra shifts. Overall, a great and easy tool to tackle the pain of making sure that the restaurant is staffed.

What problems is Schedulefly solving and how is that benefiting you?

I wanted to be able to easily create schedules that are accessible on the web, mobile friendly, and an easy way for employees to stay on top of their schedules. One major benefit was that employees knew when the next week's schedule would be posted, so I didn't need to spend the time to send out any additional communications around schedules.
