Scalability:
Updating profiles is easy to do and takes effect across all devices almost instanty. This has been just as true when we started with 1 device as it is now with 20. We are soon going to increase our fleet to over 300, and I am confident that Scalefusion will scale without issue. More devices does not lead to any extra work when it comes to adjusting profiles.
Powerful:
While scalefusion can also handle computers, I have been focusing exclusively on mobile devices, so I will only comment on this. I had to completely change direction multiple times during the beta testing stage our Android devices. With few exceptions, Scalefusion has had the feature I wanted at every turn. It is easy to start from scratch on a profile and, with the click of 1 button, have it apply to every device you have.
Intuitive and Well-Supported:
While I was able to figure out the majority of what I needed to do on my own, I came across several things I didn't understand. However, I never waited longer than 2 minutes for a response from their live chat window. I am always instantly connected to a live person. Their name and photo is right there, no AI chatbot. I am very impressed. The chat window allows you to conveniently attach files or copy/paste screenshots, unlike other live chat interfaces I have worked with before. The fast, knowledgeable tech support team alone makes Scalefusion an MDM platform you should consider for your business.

The File Sync feature is only available if you pay to upgrade from a "Business" license to an "Enterprise" license.
There were a couple of times when I needed to drag a file over to a mobile device. Since I only have Business licenses for my fleet of Android devices, I had to use a flashdrive to transfer the file from my PC to the Android device. Luckily the device I needed the file on was in my possession. However, if I ever need to get a file on a device that is out in the field on a remote support session, I won't be able to unless I upgrade to an Enterprise license. I would either need to email the end user the file and have them put in on the device manually or drive to the site and do it myself for less technologically inclined users.
I need to be able to lock all features of my Android devices other than essential work apps. I need to be able to remote into all devices at any time. I need to be able to add/remove apps and/or change settings to hundreds of devices simultaneously.
Scalefusion was very easy to figure out. Im not an IT person by any means, but I'm required to set up the tablets we are implementing. Scalefusion worked seamlessly for me, I was able to quickly get it running. Any confusions I had were quickly addressed by the support help. Ananth specifically has helped me through multiple issues and set me up for continued troubleshooting success going forward. Thanks!
The software can be somewhat confusing at a glance. especially for someone without an IT background. But I'd expect the same for most similar EMM solutions.
It is allowing us to implement mulitple tablets in multiple facilities and ensure they are used productively by our team. We can also easily manage and update/troubleshoot remotely.
Scalefusion is a powerful system. It has a huge bundle of features and manufactore SDKs. I used them in my previous project and do it again. They have an experience and data knowledge (2k clients x M devices). Flexibale and nice support + quick problem solving. For e.g. we faced with a bug in the remote control - actions didn't work. Priyanka took this process under control and after 10 days we got a fix. TeamViewer bye-bye! Double thank support and dev team!! Good luck and be better every day

I would say that the most annoying feature about Scalefusion is that I cannot update the apps in bulk, I have to update them individually. This can be really time consuming as we've removed permissions from our users to install/update/remove apps from their devices.

I've listed two major problems we've faced and Scalefusion's solution to these two.
The support team like Ananth. I had a problem locking in the webpage for our punching tool (iSolved). I created the same browser shortcut we used for our old punching tool (Toast). But, it is not directing to the virtual clock, so I reached out for help via chat. I was then answered by Ananth who jumped right in to help me. At first, he and I did meet on the chat as I was working on PH Time but what I love about Ananth is how much he wanted to help me with the problem at hand that he constantly asked how the initial solution was doing. It is apparent that we need to jump into a call. So, we did. He then demonstrated the solution he came up with which is the web app. I then proceeded to test for it with the manager's help. And it worked! I am so happy that my concern was made a top priority and made me feel listened to. I thought to myself, the solution was just there and with the right people, it could be solved. No need for me to worry.
None at the moment. The ease of use is amazing. I love it all!
The employees who are not tech savvy would find it hard to open the virtual clock because they don't know what application to press. But with Scalefusion, it was simplified. Here's the review that our manager has:

I monitored the tablet the whole week of last week and per my observation, the tablet randomly refreshes and the page gets directed to the one shown on the picture. This should be okay because all they have to do when this happens is click on that one icon and it goes back to normal. I will be advising them about this icon so they know what to do.
Last Thursday and Friday, I started locking a couple of tablets and advised them to click on that icon if they see it. I also demonstrated it to them.
Regarding the buttons on the bottom of the tablet, they stay hidden as the tablet gets unlocked, however, it’s not really completely hidden because when I swipe up from the bottom, it does appear. But I didn’t tell them this. I told them the buttons are gone and don’t look for it because they don’t need it. Haha.
This week, I will continue to lock the rest of the tablets as I visit the job sites. Thank you for your help!

Scalefusion eases our ability to maintain full control over the iPads our employees are provided. No longer can an iPad be returned to me I cannot access because a setting has been changed or a password has been added I can't change.
I am also extremely impressed with the customer service support! Riyaz had to reschedule with me twice due to my scheduling issues and ended up having to help me on the Diwali holiday. He stayed on the phone with me for 1 1/2 hours to make sure I knew what I was doing and all issues had been resolved. He was patient, clear, and explained everything I didn't know or didn't understand, and even answered all my questions about Diwali!
I get a bit confused, but I'm HR, not IT, so it's going to happen.
Scalefusion keeps employees from giving an iPad back to me that I can't access because they've changed a password or passcode I don't know. No longer do we have to hunt down proof of purchase for Apple, attempt to schedule an appointment at the Apple store, and take the time to go to the Apple store to have our iPads reconfigured.

Tons of control and customization. There is a bit of a learning curve (as is with all this software,) however support is fantastic. They will entertain and answer all of your questions, no matter how silly or simple they may be. Integration was straightforward when following their documentation, and from there it will be VERY easy to implement on other devices. Thanks to Sohan for all of your help!
