Sastrify is a great tool to get an overview of what of the tools in our organization cost, when they renew and who is the tool onwer. Addionally you have a assigned Customer Success Manager and a dedicated buyer from Sastrify to help negotiate better prices on existing and new contracts. They leverage their knowlege about what other Sastrify customers are paying for a given tool to get discounts for our tools.
Overall we are very happy with Sastrify and have no major complaints. If you want to nitpick I could mention a few bugs on their platform in the beginning, there were resolved in the meantime.
They negotiate better deals for our subscriptions for us, then we could do ourselves. Addionally this work is very time consuming. Sastrify takes over the biggest part of that workload.

Some functions (e.g. display of costs) do not yet work flawlessly. We also need to invest a little time to maintain the application. For companies with few staff in administrative areas, Sastrify can be a relief through its service, but is also an additional burden due to the necessary maintenance of the platform. Although the Sastrify application is generally practical, some aspects of the application could be more user-friendly. It is a bummer that the in-house AWS reselling has been postponed.
